1、前台很熱情周到，酒店還是依舊的乾淨、清爽、服務人員特別熱情，滿意的一次入住，前台接待小趙服務很好，房間衞生舒適，服務人員很熱情的，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐豐富，早餐味道好，早餐品種多，早餐很多好吃，早餐性價比高，客服服務很好，房間打掃很乾凈，住的很安心，前台服務很及時，前台積極幫我處理問題很棒
2、酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，健身房很不錯，自助洗衣也很方便，對於常年在外出差的我來説很方便。主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！

房間味道非常重，香味濃到令人窒息。
加有窗户的房間還要加20塊錢，太摳了，而且那個窗户也是真的小，也起不到啥通風作用。
隔音效果非常差，晚上睡覺經常能聽到樓上床的聲音，忒吵，吵到一晚上都睡不着，還有窗户也能聽到外面的聲音，嚴重影響睡眠，體驗感非常差。
插電口非常松，充電器插着都要掉下來。

酒店前台不給力，2023年12月21日晚十點多入住，到了晚上十一點，感覺冷，給前台打電話，要求加被子，結果前台説整個酒店都沒多的被子，讓開空調，結果空調開了一晚上，整個房間還是冷，早上的時候起來，去看了下空調，衹有空調口有點熱風。冷了一個晚上，草。

多幾十少幾十事先説清楚就行，根本沒有的東西硬是謊言説了！還再三確認了還多問那句不搬是不是也不用加？還在前台笑着説解釋多少遍沒有明白？監控是個好東西不是擺設的！什麼可能沒有錄音功能？裝模作樣在那擺動標鼠標音箱説沒有聲音，監控對着收銀台酒店前台監控是垃圾貨嗎？沒聲還是不敢放！叫我進去弄笑死了！酒店有沒有工程調出20237月8日晚9點30開始錄音視頻核實，這個不敢核實前台大吵自稱經理的

實在是差得不得了，看到的不要選擇這家。很吵，吵到一整夜都睡不了，樓上沐浴，還有唱k，如果是去酒店休息的不要選這個，如果是去唱k除外。這是我目前體驗過的最糟糕的酒店體驗！
