Quanji Hotel Foshan Qiandeng Lake Huan

The environment is good. You can go for a walk in the nearby Qiandeng Lake Park. It is clean and very convenient. The laundry room is very clean. A good experience

I checked in at 1 a.m. and was given a room with no hot water. I called customer service twice and was told to wait. It wasn't until I went to the front desk myself that someone was called up and it was resolved. I switched rooms and it finally worked. I drove to Foshan in the middle of the night and specifically chose this hotel. The experience was truly terrible. My first stay was very good, so I'll be careful with future stays. When checking in, I heard the customer needed a quilt, but they didn't even have enough and couldn't find one.

一如以往的佈局，這次的房間很新，有一個挺大的茶桌。床很大，很乾淨，如果可以配記憶枕頭就更好，有點睡不慣！ 有一點小小的不足，水壓比較小，還有那個隔音比較差，隔壁房間的人在談話都聽到了！

環境衞生、地理位置都挺好的 服務也還不錯，有單獨的洗衣房，洗衣房內的洗衣機還有烘乾機也挺不錯的 另外，也配備了跑步機

酒店今年新開，環境很好，房間寬敞整潔，雙人床亦夠大，前台服務員非常熱心幫忙，服務周到，體驗感很好，下次會再來。
