這家酒店在硬件設計讓人眼前一亮，從電梯的圓弧造型到前台的精緻造景與休閑區，再到客房走廊的獨特設計，處處彰顯着設計師的用心。然而，服務體驗和衞生卻一般。
辦入住時前台態度一般，這就算了，剛好有一位媽媽帶着小孩玩完波波池出來讓前台幫忙去刷房卡，前台居然不耐煩地説了三個字：“房卡呢？”，那位媽媽解釋後前台卻説：“你等下跟着他們（指我們）一起上去吧。”
房間的衞生狀況也不盡如人意，剛進門就發現走廊和廁所門口有明顯的黑漬。房間電視直播頻道幾乎有一半的台衹有聲音沒有畫面。
至於為什麼我沒有給差評，是因為退房時那個前台態度還不錯。

因為在周邊出差，所以提前打算在這周邊住一晚，誰知道三四百定的房間，服務跟垃圾一樣….好評都是刷出來的吧！太失望了！千萬千萬不要去🙅♀️
第一：房間有很嗆的煙味🚬
第二：地板到處是水漬，鏡子🪞太臟了
第三：三四百的客房竟然水杯是一次性的
第四：這麼貴的房間一包茶葉也沒有
第五：打電話問前台要茶葉，前台説沒有茶葉衹有速溶咖啡，但是我們是網上訂的房間，所以還不能贈送……簡直區別對待啊！垃圾服務

初三來的廣州，荔灣區附近的酒店基本都被訂完了，剩下的又臟又破舊還貴，無意間從地圖上發現這裏，旁邊就是金鉑天地，商場很大，吃飯買東西都很方便，從這裏打車去永慶坊 沙麪島也不遠。主要是酒店房間跟商品圖一模一樣，超級喜歡！！！衞生做的很好，訂在這個酒店可以説是本次廣州之行最讓我們滿意的事情了💕💗（不是託，真實評價，推薦🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟商場裏面的超市也很大，東西很齊全，晚上吃完飯去買點水果回來看電影不要太舒服了😆）

酒店環境：總體很不錯，乾淨衞生，安靜舒適，出差旅行過來是個很不錯的選擇。
酒店服務：就是外賣配送服務還有待提升，如果想外賣的話建議自己到電梯領取，不知道是外賣小哥還機器人還是酒店的問題（已經備註了房號），外賣到了酒店一個小時多了才送到房間，期間打過兩次電話諮詢説機器人已經在配送了，拿到時候午飯全部都涼了。😢

不錯，房間佈局很特別，不像一般的酒店房間設計，空間夠大，只是枕頭不夠厚。有地下停車場，方便自駕。點外賣有機器人送上嚟，方便。
