I had a great two day stay at hotel. Walking distance to shopping malls and the Foshan television tower park. The lady at the front desk helped me check in early.

Loaf toon is good, near to many shops. But the management wasn't work well.
First day reported my kettle was dirty and asked for change, they said doesn't have extra for change, so if we need we need to collect from front desk ( need inform 10 mins earlier for them to heat up). For temporary it's okay, but it will be better if could think a way to solve the problem, not just temporary solution. One day if we need more hot water, means we need to go collect it more than two times.Really cause Inconvenience for guest.
Secondly, the bathroom basin wasn't work properly, water a flow out very slow, caused inconvenience.
Thirdly, before 12 pm checked out time, we back to our room around 11:30 am( before), found out there's no electricity in our room. I did contact the management, and they reply after few minutes the electricity was back to normal. The reason given was the electricity balance is finished, they need to top up again. The problem is solved, but it really left a bad impression for guest. Guest haven't check out but Electricity has been cut off.

I a bit confusing to check in as their reception is on the 6th floor but other than that location is quite central and nearby a lot of shops and restaurants. Building is clean and room is well maintained. Comfortable stay with good value. The wifi speaker and mirror screen projector is also a good plus for youngsters.

I’ve booked this hotel for friends before and they always liked it, so this was my first time staying here alone. The location is excellent—right in the city center with shops and restaurants just minutes away. The studio kitchen was really convenient for simple meals. Only small downside was a bit of dirt in the bathroom, but overall it was a comfortable and practical stay.

During my stay, I saw a cockroach flying down from the ceiling. It landed next to my bed and immediately crawled behind the side table. I couldn’t catch it, so I notified the staff that there was a flying cockroach in my room. They said this happened because of the rain. They could switch me to a different room but there’s no guarantee. Since I also found other uncleaned items in my room, like dirty drinking glass and stinky washing machine, I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness. Coupled with the cockroach, I decided to leave.

The hotel address is totally incorrect, it takes more than 30 minutes ( in the hot weather) to recognise the correct address, even the management room is not same as shown in TRIP app., there was very less aminities ( no fabric towels no hand soap, just 1 25ml pcs shower gel for 2 persons, and the room has no closets, But The room is very clean, the building location is good
