房子就在城區裏，距離清暉園幾百米，最初就是看中這個位置，房子設施也夠齊全，KTV也有，來到這邊的時候剛好過完中秋，一條巷子都掛滿了燈籠，管家給我們介紹這邊的一些文化歷史，附近有個康帥府，週末有空可以聽一下粵曲，還有個叫名揚裏的，最近掛了不少魚燈（聽説一小盞就很貴），是非遺文化，有個貝殼屋，還有蠻有特色的藝術館，可以一邊欣賞藝術品一邊喝咖啡。

房子挺好找，就在清暉路里麪的住宅區裏，附近就有停車場，步行去清暉園和華蓋步行街挺近的，金榜上街也不遠走路應該要十多分鐘，打車幾分鐘就到，位置很方便，對面又有茶樓，聽説本地人都比較喜歡去，房東給我們介紹了不少好吃的，很熱情，房子房間很多，多人出行聚會都很好，設施齊全，還有KTV房，總體都很滿意。

房東很細心，發了很詳細的入住訊息，是在清暉園附近的居民區的獨棟，設施很豐富，KTV，麻將，跑步機啥都有，還提供一次毛巾這個很滿意，乾淨衞生，值得再次選擇。

房子剛進去以為不大，一直走進去其實很深，而且每層樓都有庭院，應該是典型的以前的南方民宅的風格，感覺很舒服，在小花園和庭院可以盪盪鞦韆喝喝茶聊聊天，聽房東説附近還有些很有特色的老建築，有個小藝術館和貝殼屋，很有人文特色，位置也很好，距離步行街和清暉園不遠，在房子裏唱唱歌打打牌然後出去逛逛吃吃很愜意。

房子特別好！我們是十一個人入住，住起來很舒服，周圍離近區很近基本交通走路就好了，ktv電影房都有，還有很多拍寫真的道具，長者孩子都非常滿意。
