酒店位置臨街，有大貨車通行，部分房間比較吵，設有麻將房，入住的隔壁是麻將房，打到一點多，影響睡眠，不臨街房一側是長走廊，有抽煙的煙味不好拍掉，酒店是自家蓋的民宿，可以帶寵物。
停車場是酒店前廳小院或平台，適合去佛羅倫薩逛街又帶寵物的人。

衞生非常好，樓下看着很一般，進去房裡麪，裝修精心佈置，屋裡麪沒異味，床單乾淨整潔，還有洗衣機，樓下有吃的，超市很方便。
下次還來。

剛進房間時有數隻蟑螂在床頭爬過，向前台提出退款後，前台要求跟我們上房找蟑螂，並質疑我們的照片真偽。當時深夜，我們最終房錢也不要就走了，跟客服投訴也沒有用，表示不能退款。

環境還是可以的，新修的。可以洗衣服滿方便的。就是靠馬路邊確實有點吵車子又多，窗户要裝雙層的才能隔音。

因為到達廣州南站的時候是零點以後，公交車，地鐵都沒有，打車顯示是28元，廣州的滴滴真的很**，都沒有人接單，出租車也是不打表的，都是漫天要價的，才6公里路6分鐘就到了要100塊錢。跟打劫一樣的。酒店一般般吧，周圍很荒涼，也找不到吃的。體驗感不好。
