We arrived at 7pm to pick up our room. When we checked in, we were told that there were guests who had not checked out yet and asked us to wait. Isn't the check-in time 3pm? Is it too much to not make arrangements at 7pm? We finally got to the room at 7:45pm. Will definitely not stay again.
