Yanxi Homestay (Qinghuiyuan)

Every building has security guards. The room is nice, with sea view and balcony, very comfortable. New facilities. The bedding is nice and the mattress is good. Sleep well. Clean and tidy. Hot water was good. The boss communicates smoothly and any difficulties are solved in a timely manner. The kitchen utensils are complete, and the projector is easy to use and provided by members. Perfect!

The location is great. It is a 7-minute walk from Exit A of Daliang Bell Tower Station. It is also next to the Daliang Bell Tower Scenic Area. It is very convenient to eat and visit attractions. The space is large and can accommodate at least four people. It has a projector and a refrigerator. It is very comfortable and quiet. It is also quite safe to use the magnetic card to take the elevator. There is a bar but no kitchen utensils, sink, washing machine, and storage wardrobe, which is really a fly in the ointment. After all, if you live for a long time, you will need these living equipment more and you can live longer.

衞生非常好，一進門就是眼前一亮，不管是客廳還是房間的衞生都非常好細節非常到位，會給我們備一次性浴巾，讓我們可以不用額外花錢購買了舒適感非常強，總體來説非常滿意，出來遊玩的不二之選

優點 1. 實際如相片，設計簡約。 2. 位置方便，就在順德新世界酒店旁邊。 3. 企理乾淨。 4. 性價比高的民宿。 缺點/小建議 1. 廁所渠位有啲異味 2. 廁所沖涼位比較暗，加個小燈便好 3. 枕頭太扁，如果有多個枕頭可以疊高就好了。

房間還可以，正好有個小房，兩張大床外面還有一個大沙發。好大的陽台可以曬衣服很好。房東的服務態度也很好。地址就在大良地鐵站附近出去哪裡都方便。

位置很好找，離清暉園華蓋山金榜街都很近，走路五分鐘就能到，房間很乾凈整潔，能看出來平時都有好好打理，下次去順德也會選擇住這裏的，推薦
