The staff at this hotel are outstanding,helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. They assisted me a lot with receiving and returning parcels, which made my stay much easier. On the first day, we encountered some issues with our rooms, but the team quickly resolved them with professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well-maintained, with a convenient location not far from all the places we wanted to visit. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended.

I stayed at a lovely 5-star hotel in a quiet location. It offers onsite parking with fast charging capabilities. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean! I truly enjoy my time at this hotel!

The hotel is nice and clean. I was impressed with their service especially Eva and Eric. Since the hotel is newly opened in 2023, the decor is very nice with contemporaly chinese designs. I also love when the robot delivered the water bottles to our room. I will definitely stay there again.

Location a bit remote - had to took a taxi. The service was decent and the room was quite neat and spacious overall.
