The room is good，staffs everywhere are also kindly, special for Shirley, thanks a lot for her help.

location is amazing, city center and near alot of malls and they are very ons about sustainability. however, there are a few things we can improve to make the experience better. 1. staff standing at the door was not proactive helping with the luggage despite making eye contact and seeing us carrying many baggages on hand. 2. shower room was almost clear ? i could totally see people showering (very translucent) very inconvenient for non-couples staying together. 3. despite asking for a non-smoking room and level, we could still smell cigarettes in the bathroom. 4. it could be better if they install a small platform in the shower room to put our own facial cleansing foam etc

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The food was exceptional, and the staff was outstanding. From delectable dishes to impeccable service, they truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in both culinary delights and attentive hospitality.

The hotel is a good location for those business travelers involved in the building/furniture sector. The hotel rooms needs renovating...particularly for technical issues concerning the aircon and the lighting. not all the lights were in working condition and some nights the lights would turn on awakening us from our sleep. The aircon in my friends room would be freezing cold all the time even when it was increased to 32oC or switched off!!!!!! The room was not properly inspected and cleaned when we arrived...a packet of mentos was lying under the desk and empty bottles of whisky were still stashed in the TV cabinet. On a positive note, the towels were replaced everyday with clean ones and the bed was nice (not for those who like soft beds though) and bed linen and pillows were good and were clean. Room is spacious with a nice wide window and very comfortable armchair. staff do their best to help. Breakfast is copious. Pity there are not many options for lunch and dinner, other than one Chinese restaurant there was nothing else available. I understand Fortuna Hotel is currently renovating some floors and that these will be ready as from September (maybe I was told). I hope and wish for Fortuna that this will be the case as they are well situated in the area.

1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Pillows also need to be aired. 2. Good daily service altho it’s a serviced apartment 3. Poor section of coffee and tea in the room 4. Nespresso machine provided, but they only give complimentary two capsules for the entire stay 5. In-room Wifi is choppy

Best Hotel in Nanhai District. Perfect location. Rooms are very spacious and breakfast spread is too good. Special mention for Victoria, Guest Relations Manager who really took pains to make our stay memorable

There are Kowloon Park and Huachuang Plaza near the hotel. When you walk over at night, the whole street opposite is full of food, Hunan flavor, Cantonese cuisine, etc. However, the hotel's breakfast buffet tastes good, with many styles and affordable prices. Xiao Zhong is great! Help us introduce the surrounding attractions (¯▽¯)👍I will choose here next time [smile]

Excellent price in foshan main location furniture market many restaurants there staff very helpfull especially lily counter staff is very good she speak good English I always stay here when visiting in foshan
