Most friendly lady at the reception. Very swift and quick check in process. Friendly and helpful staff to fix parking for the car . Very clean big room with great view of pagoda. An interesting museum visit just nearby.The receptionist at the checkout very helpful during the stay . Great breakfast. Numerous cafes, restaurants around the hotel. Big park and Buddha statues just 10 minutes away . All in all a great experience staying at the hotel and having all the venues just within walking distance

The room is very clean and spacious. The waiter Xiaoshi's service attitude is very good. I didn't issue an invoice at the time. Later, I contacted the hotel and they helped me issue an invoice in time. The breakfast is also quite good, very regional. Your stay experience is very high, very good!

As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the strong New Year atmosphere. The hotel lobby was decorated very warmly. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. I booked a king-size room with two breakfasts. When I checked in at night, I told Mr. Zhou at the front desk that I was bringing two little friends. Mr. Zhou immediately gave me two breakfasts for free. It was very good. After breakfast in the morning, I was ready to go out for a walk. Mr. Zhang at the front desk was very enthusiastic to introduce the surrounding tours and food, and also gave two New Year red envelopes to the two little friends. I felt very warm. The hotel is fully equipped, the room is modernly decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast is a very rich buffet. I will come again if I have the chance.

Stay 2 night & the room is clean & cozy. Accessible to nearest Metro rail by 10 mins walk. Take 70 mins from hotel to shopping centre . Enjoyed the self -help laundry service very much that was an important Pont I come again in future. Staff were very professional, particularly Mr Simon who kindly help us reserve the fre-of-chargec shuttle from hotel to Railway upon.our departure. This hotel was an excellent place worthy your stay.

Booked two twin bed rooms with breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was around 10 mins from the nearest metro Beijiao Park. Our stay coincided with Mother's Day. On the first day, the breakfast area was overwhelmed with many people waiting for tables and insufficient food. All food were gone by 9:00am even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00am. Breakfast next day was much better - there was food and no crowds! See attached photos.
