Most friendly lady at the reception. Very swift and quick check in process. Friendly and helpful staff to fix parking for the car . Very clean big room with great view of pagoda. An interesting museum visit just nearby.The receptionist at the checkout very helpful during the stay . Great breakfast. Numerous cafes, restaurants around the hotel. Big park and Buddha statues just 10 minutes away . All in all a great experience staying at the hotel and having all the venues just within walking distance

Environment: It is very close to Nan Guo Taoyuan Film and Television City and Zhanqi Building. There are Lukin, Jiang Yuer, McDonald's and convenience stores downstairs, which is very convenient. Facilities: There are plenty of parking spaces, even if you arrive very late. The gym is a must-have, with alcohol wipes, towels and water for use after exercise. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to see outside, which is great! It would be better if you open the window for ventilation. It's a little stuffy after sweating during exercise. I particularly like this room because it has an outdoor balcony and a super large luxury double bed. The two beds are in different spaces and each has a TV. It feels good to separate the private space, just like a suite, and it is very cost-effective. Hygiene: I have always trusted Hampton by Hilton because of its cleanliness and fresh air. Service: The guys at the front desk are very polite, especially Xiaohui, who is attentive, responsive, and very patient. He delivers takeout, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. personally. When checking out, they also gave me a small souvenir. Although it was not expensive, it showed the hotel's thoughtfulness towards its guests.

I asked for no smoking, but they give me room that smells cigarettes and even had ashtray. So I asked for change room and after 10 min they give me another one for that still smells cigarettes but they removed ashtray. I saw that there is no point so I took it. I wakeup with headache. Breakfast, baguette is old and hard like stone.

When I travel to China I have always stay only in Hampton by Hilton because they never disappoint, and always leave good experience. This Hampton by Hilton very new, rooms clean and tidy as usual, breakfast great a lot of variety for foreigners. Customer service also was great, specifically I would like to thank ladies in front lobby , Yingying, Xiaomin, Nini. They were very helpful to arrange us taxis, Just the location of the hotel in remote area

I had an excellent experience with the waiter, Popcorn, during my stay at the hotel. When I requested some watermelon, she went out of her way to check in the kitchen and promptly brought it to me. As I only wanted to eat some noodles and watermelon for breakfast, her quick response was greatly appreciated. There was only a small amount of watermelon on the tray, so her effort to bring me some was even more commendable. Popcorn was very helpful and nice, making my dining experience delightful. Truly commendable service! Additionally, the hotel is beautifully adorned with decorations for ***** New Year, which adds to the festive atmosphere.

This hotel is quite near to Beijiao metro station,and there are many eateries around this area. Breakfast is quite good, but if they can change their menu everyday will be a plus point for those who stay for a few days. Cleanliness is good. Highly recommend.
