Of course, not only Songtao Street, but also the old areas of Gaoming District are mostly old residential buildings and residential areas with several floors high. Most of the houses look like the domestic architectural style of the 1990s. Of course, there are also newer high-rise buildings. In addition to residential buildings, there are many shops in the old area and commercial activities are very frequent. So even though the hotel does not have a restaurant, shopping is very convenient.
7 Days Inn is a well-known low-cost hotel chain group in China. Although the price is only about 90 yuan a night. But this hotel is equipped with automatic vending machines, carpets are laid on the floors of the hotel, and wall coverings are also used on the walls. In the room, the shower room is separated from the toilet. The shower room is relatively large, and an anti-slip plastic mat has been placed in advance. The water in the hotel's shower room and wash basin is a little slow, but it's acceptable. Overall, it is quite satisfactory for the price.
In the bedroom, the walls are also covered with new plastic foam materials, which are also low-cost decorative materials.
Basically, the room has mobile phone charging cables, TVs, hair dryers, kettles, tea cups, disposable slippers and other common hotel equipment.
The disadvantage is that this hotel is relatively close to the road. I could clearly hear the sounds of vehicles on the road even on the ninth floor. The soundproofing of the room is average, and the sound of neighboring tenants closing doors is very loud. And it’s not easy to set up the air conditioner. After I set up the air conditioner, it would blow out cold air for a while and then hot air for a while. Because it was already autumn, I unplugged the air conditioner, closed the window, and slept with the window closed. . Fortunately, the indoor temperature is still barely acceptable.
Although I live on the ninth floor and have a certain height, because it is in an old area, I can only see some nearby residential and commercial buildings. Therefore, the scenery is only useful for those who want to see what Gaoming District looked like as a residential area in the past.
The service is okay, although it's not an award-winning hotel staff. But disposable slippers should not be placed on the ground. Even if it can't be placed in a cabinet or a special container like a high-end hotel. It's also good to put it on the cabinet next to the bed.
Overall, as a budget hotel, the charges and services are commensurate. Compared with the non-chain cheap hotels that cost more than 40 yuan or more than 50 yuan a night that I have stayed in in China, the equipment and configuration are still better.
