I think the service is ok and the room is clean & comfortable, with good locations. It's surprise even no small refrigerator in the room and the water kettle is not clean and scared using it. The breakfast is no good, it's fine not provided, but better to have good coffee & tea provided in cafe. No staff is familiar with the hotel promotion. We have booked 10 rooms in total on Dec. 29 & Dec. 30, 2023. We have checked that there is special price for 10 rooms with $2000 coupons, seems no one is familiar on it and also the massage $158 seems no one knowing it too. We may come back again since the location is better than Aloft & Hilton even we are the memebers with free room upgrade & breakfast.

The overall price-performance ratio is still relatively high. Except for cockroaches in the bathroom, the hotel is new, the breakfast is simple, there are shopping malls and supermarkets around, delicious food, and it is quiet in a bustling city. Recommended!
