The transportation is so convenient! ! It is on Huagai Street, about 100 meters away from Qinghui Garden. It is also close to Jinbangshang Street. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It would be better if the room has a window. The price is a bit high during the Spring Festival! The room is quite small.

Hotel location is good, no detour, just beside the national road, near the bus station, the room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is dry and wet, the elevator has to brush the room card, super safe, all aspects of service are meticulous and thoughtful, suitable for staying, cost-effective, the front desk beauty warm service, there is a Taipa rice near the hotel super delicious, I really like this hotel and I will choose to stay in the future.

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. Well done Crowne team Foshan!

The actual rooms were better then the photos. Breakfast was pretty good. Loved the pastries. Good croissants. Minor hiccups, amenities was to be sent to the room but did not arrive, telephone was not working, and there was some stuff I’d previous guest still in the room. Managers were very helpful.

I went there for the second time because of the good experience I had the first time months ago. This time the parking lot was full, it took me 20 minutes to get a parking space, later there was a long line for a bus excursion visitors, they do not have another representative for regular travelers, which was annoying and disappointing. Later they assigned me a family room, far from my expectations, with toys and camping tend in the room. After my complaint, they changed the room far, far away, just in the corner of the hotel with terrible view and not good moon of the employee. The room looks old and smell to humidity as well that you can see some scratches in the wall and furniture. It was dissapointed experience, they do not have a constant level of service, next time I will look for another option in the area.

The staffs of the Hotel are very nice and helpful but the building seek little bit old but equipment are okay. The breakfast place was wide from the passengers lift on 3/F and shall round a big circle to find entrance. However, the journey are good and everything are satisfaction indeed.

1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Pillows also need to be aired. 2. Good daily service altho it’s a serviced apartment 3. Poor section of coffee and tea in the room 4. Nespresso machine provided, but they only give complimentary two capsules for the entire stay 5. In-room Wifi is choppy
