My review is not about the Hotel it's about the facilities i.e the pool I decided to treat myself for a relaxed swim & lunch. On entering I was greeted by a very surely woman I greeted her & said in Spanish good morning I was grunted at. Not asked if I had a swim cap fotunetley I had ok missed sales opportunity. I got ready to go into the pool however I struggled with the locker which clearly wasn't working so after trying a couple of them bingo I was abley to put my bag & clothes away. Ready for a swim oh dear one of the pools was out of order no mention of that as I entered hey ho make the best of It I thought in the pool I got and was enjoying a leisurely swim this was at 10.15 enjoying the pool it started to busy up around 10.45 I thought ok not to bad however by 11.45 you were packed in like sardines I actually felt it wasn't safe the jaquizi was full to bursting I thought ok I will retire to my sunbed. That's was my biggest disaster people were actually smoking I thought this is crazy I suffer from asthma so for me I had to leave the sunbed I wanted to relax on it want just 1 person smoking there was at least 5 that I counted. Ok now lunch I sat at the table waiting & waiting oh dear I went into the restaurant itself were two ladies were in conversation I had to disturb then eventually got the attention and was able to order food no sooner had my food arrived I thought oh no not again there were people vaping & smoking I was so disappointed I was so looking forward to a lovely morning & lunch out. As I am an asthmatic I had to leave got to my car thank goodness I had my ventolin I felt quite poorly got home and I was breathless my breathing was dreadful I had to go to the pharmacy in pinoso. So much for a relaxing day out in what I thought was going to be a healthy day out for me. I have tried to email the hotel without success I am 💯 % very disappointed 😞😞😞

One of the outer pools in not in use. On Sunday the one pool oitside was a bit crowded. People seem to go to the pool without showering first. Hope they had done it in their hotel room, maybe. . The service was nice and friendly. Would go again, but on a week day maybe. Visited Leana last year and it was more peaceful.

The overall experience left much to be desired and felt like an attempt to maximize profits. Despite paying for a full-day spa package inclusive of access to pools and the restaurant, several disappointments marred our visit. Communication was a challenge due to the language barrier, leading to misinformation about spa availability, resulting in our inability to enjoy the booked session. The restaurant meal was unsatisfactory, with excessively oily French fries and dry chicken and salmon, accompanied by poor service and unwelcoming staff. The outdoor pools were overly crowded, rendering swimming impractical, and the state of the lockers and changing rooms was notably unclean. At a cost of £110 for two people, the promised spa experience was missed entirely. This establishment is recommended to be avoided.

As you drive in its beautiful. The hotels look stunning and the area is very clean. No signs to really show you where to go but eventually found the pools. The lady on reception was very friendly. The changing rooms were very dated and a bit shabby but wasn't a bother. The actual pools are lovely. On a hot day to sit and sunbathe would be nice. The jacuzzi section is very small so only really had use of the pools until everyone left for lunch. The area outside the cafeteria was full of birds and therefore full of bird mess where they had been landing and feeding so not a very pleasant place to sit and eat/drink. If this hadve been brushed/mopped it would have been lovely. Still had a nice day but not sure we'd travel all that way again just to use the pools

An enjoyable couple of hours. We only used the thermal pools, not the hotel or try any treatments/services. I thought that the pools would be hotter or that there would be pools of different temperature, but they were not. One small area of the large hot pool was indoors, so be sure to bring a hat or visor because it is hard to avoid the sun. We had to buy a bathing cap for 4 euro each, yet some of the others were only wearing hats, not bathing caps. We arrived right at 10 am on a Monday, hoping to avoid crowds, but the pools were very full by 10:30. The small pool with the bubbles/jets was the same temperature and VERY crowded. In addition to lumbar jets, there are 4 jets in the floor that bubble up and I found that people would stay on them for the full 20 mins and never let anyone else have a turn, so do that early if you want to try it. (I didn't find it that great.) The bubbles are on for 20 mins then off for 20 mins -- I wonder why? The woman working at the entrance seemed very unhappy and didn't make us feel welcome at all. We also tried the large (cool) infinity pool -- nice views of the mountains, and good for swimming. I didn't use the cold plunge pool since the warm waters were not that warm. One more thing: the website said to shower before entering the pools but nobody did. Furthermore, a few guests lathered up with scented sunscreen before entering the pools. The place is very popular with older/elderly people. 50 and under... you will feel very young.

Good afternoon. A month ago, I decided to treat a friend and his partner to an experience at the Roman baths. I called and booked the experience for today, March 22nd, at 1:00 PM. At that time, they told me the payment method was by bank transfer or on the spot. Since it was a gift, I decided to make the transfer directly to the account number they provided. The surprise was that this couple called me before entering because they were told at reception that it was reserved but not paid for. I provided them with proof of payment for the transfer, but they simply said it wasn't valid. They couldn't verify whether it had been paid. Therefore, I doubted the receipt. They called me again, and I personally contacted reception to explain how I booked the service. In the end, despite numerous drawbacks, they checked the account number and let them in. But I think it's unfair; it seems like a lack of management on your part, and what should have been an unforgettable experience turns into something disappointing. I'd like to offer constructive criticism because, by doing things exactly as I was told, and having paid this for a month now, we don't deserve the treatment and the bad time both the couple and I have had, because you give something from the heart and you get the criticism. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Javier Tendero

Terrible experience, I wouldn't know where to start. I took the romantic offer. The room was disgusting, as was the hotel, which was pathetic. I'll send you the photos. But the café-theater restaurant and the breakfast at the Spa were even worse. I think it's all a rip-off for that price. We ate a ham and cheese plate at the café-theater as soon as we arrived. They took the ham back because it was so bad. We had some wedges of frozen patatas bravas from Mercadona without sauce, which they left there. And a black pudding crepe that cost €14 (a good scam), as black puddings aren't that expensive. It was a total disaster. But the dinner, which was supposed to be romantic, made us feel very cold because we didn't want to change everything on the table. They served us a plate of Iberian cured meats... Hahaha... another bad cured meat from Mercadona, a terrible salmon carpaccio since you couldn't taste the salmon because of the tomato it had, then half an hour waiting and they brought us some prawns that they took away again because they were so dry and didn't taste like anything, but there was also the emperor and the sirloin, which were inedible because they were so overcooked, and finally a silver bottle of El Gaitero cider (the lowest quality from the brand). The breakfast was amazing, coffee, milk or pineapple juice from a brick, I had to have water for breakfast, a ham and cheese roll, or a sobao. In short, for us it was a total disaster, we will definitely not return and we will encourage our friends not to go.
