Great location short walk to the vibrant valley - Manor house is in a peaceful area - need to be early to secure parking on property or lucky to secure free street parking on weekends. Only comfort issue was the air conditioner was too noisy for sleeping .

Maybe Just Passable?? Very old & broken down. Needs new blankets bedding. Tiny single beds & rooms. Very noisy.

Cheap, you get what you pay for. It's so close to everything so if you just want to explore and have somewhere to rest your head it's perfect!
Showers were alright, toilets were clean, beds were comfy, and there's even laundry facilities

I stayed there for a week in Brisbane. My room did not have a bathroom, only a water sink. The facilities were not clean or functional, but I think it was reasonable for the price. However, even when I left the room saying "Please make the room," they did nothing.
