Lobby service was good, but after request for room change the service changed a little. The first room that they put me had a door from another room to that one, closed only by the other side, dark room and smelling mopho. The next room was very good, with super cleaning ok. Location in the area of ruins with many chemical dependents, making the night walk dangerous, but during the day it is OK to go to the square that is 2 quarters.

The hotel looks modern, careful, but inside it is old and lacking maintenance. I went to work, I was going to share a room with a colleague, and they booked a room with a couple bed. We had to insist to change. The room we stayed was wide, had four beds, and a small air conditioning, which didn't realize. Only one key for two people. Location and Access – The hotel is on a prime ocean front position separated from the Praia de Iracema by a busy road. Nearby are many similar high-rise hotels and residences. There are only very limited shopping, restaurant and bar choices within close walking distance. The nearest supermarkets are a 10 to 15-minute walk. Fortaleza centre is 25 to 30 minute walk. Airport is 25 minutes by car – but allow extra time due to a major highway construction project. Close to the Beira Mar with some interesting places and amazing street art. Restaurant staff equally hospitable with the egg chef even taking time (as well as cooking) to write on guests’ egg orders “Tenha um bom dia – Luana!” Restaurant – Breakfast – Part of my stay coincided with Carnaval weekend when the hotel was full. During those few days the buffet breakfast was very busy and free tables were difficult to find. Despite this the buffet was always well stocked. Comments have been made in other reviews about the contents of the breakfast buffet. I have to say I found the variety and quantity of the international and local specialities on offer more than adequate and combined with eggs, omelettes and tapioca dishes cooked to order was more than sufficient to satisfy any appetite. I had dinner only once during my stay mainly due to the limited menu choice and prices higher than in other restaurants Public Areas – There is a small manicured garden at the entrance and a covered area with seating. The double height reception area looks to have undergone a recent renovation and you would hope to be a sign of things to come. On the ground floor is a well equipped Gym. On floor “J” (first floor) a small pool area, jacuzzi, sauna, play and games rooms. The whole of this area looking very tired and by the time of my departure the pool, jacuzzi and sauna had been demolished and were due to be replaced over a 45 day period 4 lifts serve all floors and I never had to wait more than a few seconds for one to arrive. Although it was a good hotel, some problems occurred in my hostel. On a day of cleaning my room, I received a dirty makeup towel, probably makeup by color, and that was very unpleasant. They could also have more food options in the morning coffee without gluten and without animal milk, and the hair dryer is also bad, and they could improve. However, it is a hotel with excellent location, staff and a good general structure.

The perfect location for anyone going to a event at the Ceará Event Centre.It is 15 minutes from the road, and type 3 minutes from the Event Centre, along with the very persistent Iguatemi. The room was comfortable (i stayed in a executive room), with good cleaning and quality bed linen. cable TV, wifi, air conditioning ok.My reservation is in relation to the size of the bathroom box. I saw several comments from people who have already been home there, but I paid to see with my eyes, rs. The box is MINIMUM! I have no problem with small spaces, but that box gave me claustrophobia. And the water of the shower falls all widely, so it was impossible to take a bath with the open box. I took a bath at the hurry to get out there. I've got 1.57 and 60 kg, so if you're a big person, you'll have a worse experience. I asked for dinner to eat in the room and it took more than 1 h to arrive because the kitchen official was in rest time, even being 19h. But ok. Breakfast fat and varied, staff, modern building.

The hotel needs some repairs ,is very old furniture, but it is very well located, is next to the edge, near the fish market, near the artisanal ferment that is insignificantly huge , The hotel has a restaurant Coco Bambu the beach with a view and a wonderful vibe, all rooms with sea view are spacious and clean. Breakfast is simple but tasty, I had no chance to eat the restaurant's food. Taxis and Uber are easy all the time.
