Bran new hotel, the room is very nice and clean however a little bit small. Nice digital TV with Netflix, youtube, etc. The bathroom is quite big and clean however I had some problem because the water was not draining out of the bathroom sink. The breakfast was excellent, various kind of food and delicious.

I stayed at the hotel in July, shortly after it opened, and I thought it was excellent. In less than 6 months, the breakfast (no replacement) and the cleanliness of the rooms had deteriorated. It's a shame, it had potential.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, no dia da nossa estadia o hotel deixou um bolo de presente para minha mãe, ficamos grata pelo carinho.
Os quartos são pequenos mas são confortáveis, o café da manhã é bem variado porém deixa a desejar na parte dos pães.
No geral a estadia foi boa.

O hotel é caro para o padrão oferecido, a localização fica numa rua feia onde há muitas *********** a travestis, inclusive um ponto de ************ há poucos metros do hotel, apesar do hotel ser novo, a limpeza deixou a desejar pois identificamos as paredes dos corredores sujas, as saias das camas sujas… A qualidade das camas também é fraca, são duras e não tem o conforto. O que mais me incomodou foi o tamanho do quarto, minúsculo! O banheiro não dá pra ficar 2 pessoas juntas, se for uma pessoa grande ou gorda não cabe no banheiro, além de não ter ventilação. O quarto não tem sequer um espelho, pois o único espelho fica no banheiro. Eu não volto, não vale o preço que cobram.

O hotel é muito bom, limpo, comida maravilhosa, quartos confortáveis, tudo bonito e bem arrumado, atendimento é impecável, o único contra desse hotel é a localização que é bem ruim, mas nada que seja absurdo.
