The hotel check-in process lasted too long and unfortunately the pool of the hotel was closed (but alternative is foreseen). That being said, the staff is extremely friendly, the hotel is very safe, the food (breakfast and dinner) exceeded my expectations and the shower was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect. To go to the room might take time because of old elevators.

Há exatos 10 anos, escolho o Hotel Seara como minha hospedagem em Fortaleza, confiando em sua proposta de excelência e competindo diretamente com o renomado Gran Marquise. No entanto, ao longo desses anos, tenho testemunhado uma lamentável degradação em vossas instalações e serviços.Antes um ponto alto em qualidade e serviço, hoje vejo o oposto acontecer. A mediocridade parece ter se instalado na mentalidade da gestão, culminando em uma série de problemas que afetam a experiência dos hóspedes. A falta de zelo, organização e investimento em manutenção e qualidade tornaram-se evidentes, refletindo-se em sujeira, alimentos de baixa qualidade e uma geral decadência. Lamento informar que, no último dia de minha estadia, deparei-me com uma situação intolerável: uma barata na área destinada aos alimentos. Tal incidente é apenas o ápice de uma série de questões que futuros hóspedes certamente enfrentarão se não houver uma mudança drástica na gestão e na postura do hotel. No entanto, é justo reconhecer que, mesmo diante desses desafios, os funcionários do Hotel Seara mantêm-se como um ponto positivo. Pessoal como Dayana, na recepção, Ivan, no restaurante, e Pablo, responsável pela preparação das tapiocas, destacam-se pelo profissionalismo e pela dedicação, mesmo diante das dificuldades enfrentadas.Espero sinceramente que esta mensagem seja recebida com a seriedade que merece e que medidas urgentes sejam tomadas para restaurar a reputação e a qualidade do Hotel Seara.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo e organizado. Porém, durante dois dias seguidos, os funcionários entraram no meu quarto comigo dormindo. Alegaram falha no sistema. Foi uma situação desconfortante. Tirando este deslize tudo ocorreu bem e os funcionários foram bem educados!

As instalações da piscina estão em reforma. Isso deveria ser informado ao hóspede durante a reserva.

Se não fosse o atendimento, seria nota 10.

I have stayed with family and friends and a very pleasant welcoming as expected and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean, but need to provide 2 glasses for like drinking medicine. For the rest it was an enjoyable stay. Thank you Seara Praia team.

Absolutely adored my stay! It exceeded my expectations in so many ways, making it one of the best experiences I've had in Fortaleza. Prime Location (★★★★★): This hotel's location is a dream come true for anyone looking to explore Fortaleza. It's conveniently situated near shopping centers, a variety of dining options, and right across from the beach. What truly stood out to me was the feeling of safety I experienced in this area. I felt comfortable and secure throughout my stay. Scenic Views (★★★★★): Even though the pool area was under construction during my visit, the fact that the pool itself was still open was a huge bonus. The view from the pool, overlooking the ocean, was simply breathtaking. It's the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Speaking of views, the view from my room was equally spectacular. Waking up to the sight of the ocean each morning was a highlight of my trip. I can't wait to return to this hotel in the future. The combination of its prime location, the amazing views, and the overall comfortable and welcoming atmosphere left a lasting impression on me. Lastly, the staff was incredible! I don't speak much Portuguese (as I am still learning), but when I checked in there was someone as the front desk who spoke english and gave me so many helpful tips. It was amazing!! The hotel has the best location on the city. Excellent breakfast and bed to sleep. Old facilities, old furniture, many times the room had a bad smell on the toilet. Cannot be considered a 5 stars Hotel. The gym also is terrible. The hotel is under renovation.
