TX就是大，Shuttle開出去半小時，駕駛員説很近了。哈哈，確實。
特別提醒：到達後一定要電話酒店確定shuttle上車地點，並保持電話暢通，方便駕駛員聯絡。

Overall stay was great. Front desk was extremely nice even though they kept saying the wrong information on where the free shuttle picks up at the airport. Shuttle driver cleared up the miscommunication on shuttle pickup. Only problem I saw in the room itself was the shower base was cracked and falling apart. Otherwise it was a great stay and room was comfortable! Restaurants and fast food all within walking distance was a plus to make the stay more enjoyable.

I will not stay in this hotel again. First of all, they didnt tell us that their airport shuttle doesnt run after 11pm, even when I called before we arrived because we learned our flight would be getting in late. Then, after finally getting to the hotel we could not enter because the doors were locked and no one is at the desk. Once we could get in, let in by another guest, not staff. The bed was so uncomfortable that I slept on the lounge in the room. Upon check out, we were unable to get a receipt for charges to the room. After we left I realized we forgot something in the room. We went back to the hotel but were not allowed to retrieve our items. I was told to call after 9am. When I called I was told to send them a prepaid shipping label and they would send it. I eventually got to speak with a manager. I was told not all the rooms have old, bad mattresses. He did ship the items to me and sent an email stating he was offering us some free nights to show they could do better on customer service. When I tried to take him up on the offer and give the hotel another chance, I got no response to any emails to the manager.

Great location, minutes to anywhere! Room is clean, comfortable, and spacious! Only compaint would be some different pillows (went flat). Breakfast was ok. For a better nreakfast, try the Triple A Cafe just a few yards from the hotel!

Everything was beautiful and I loved parking out front with several places to eat. The desk clerk was helpful and friendly and I had no line to wait in.
