Changed our room beacuse our original room wouldnt lock. Then got told we couldnt change the charge without the manager. The manager seems to never be there and i tried calling multiple times throughout the weekend and week after. They wouldnt change the charge and lied to ******* once they did get ahold of them. My bank fixed the charge but do not stay at this hotel

The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and just laying on the floor. Part of the rack was still on the wall and in a dangerous position. The bathroom light is still out from when we stayed in the same room last month.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She got us our key and upon entering the room we found a welcome card on the bed telling us that our room was personally cleaned. Very thoughtful so I thought, until we found the carpet hadn’t fully been vacuumed, the night stand felt sticky, the RR floor was not swept nor mopped and the shower rod was detaching from the wall. I also noticed that the elevator near our room was out of service. My wife noticed that the breakfast area wasn’t being cleaned in between customers. No attendants present to bring fresh eggs or any other items that needed attention.
My stay could’ve been better… that’s why I took one star, because of all the small details that could’ve made it 5 star. With as much that I listed, perhaps someone else would’ve given 3 stars.
The way we were treated from the receptionist was very kind and professional and to me that human factor means more than the small but correctable things mentioned.

No vending machines. Ice machines didnt work. No market pantry. Thankfully a gas station (shady as it was) is across the parking lot. TVs didnt work, doors in room didnt close properly and the breakfast (or lack there of) was a snack at best.

Room and bathroom were pretty dirty. Only one elevator was operational. Our TV volume was not adjustable and was stuck on like 95.

The ice machine on our floor was not working and the door to the parking lot was not working, but other than those issues our room and experience was great.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the entire facility. Staff was not rude but didn’t talk or ever smile. Rooms smell misty and dirty
