Room was okay. Staff is terrible at this location. Needs new management ASAP. Very unprofessional
The phone in my room doesn’t even work so if something was to happen we couldn’t call emergency. Was thinking about extending again but never again. I wouldn’t recommend this location

room bath light did not work. water valve in shower leak in full stream, couldn't turn it off. Breakfast was bad, eggs were over cooked and no one to refill them. Waffle maker under cooked waffle, raw dough inside. trash cans were overflowing, no place to put trash.

We had no cold water to shower and they gave us another room. I opened the door and someone was in the shower. Loading and unloading my clothes for another room was a lot and they told me I would get a discount and never did

Hotel was old and toilet was not working in our room. Call the front desk and he just said they will provide us with a plunger. We have to unclog it ourself.

Room was very nice and clean only problem is that the toilets are super low to the floor and they only had rooms with double beds that had a handicap toilet and we needed a king suite

Changed our room beacuse our original room wouldnt lock. Then got told we couldnt change the charge without the manager. The manager seems to never be there and i tried calling multiple times throughout the weekend and week after. They wouldnt change the charge and lied to ******* once they did get ahold of them. My bank fixed the charge but do not stay at this hotel
