Room was nice, staff was helpful

Hands down the worst Extended Stay property I've ever stayed in! They actually gave me a room that they didn't even clean yet: floors were sticky, left over food in the refrigerator, left over trash in the garbage can, toilet not flushed from previous usage, and left over clothing from the previous guest. There was also no remote control in the room and the TV only kind of worked. Front desk would not take responsibility and made excuses for everything. They tried to tell me that the floors were sticky since they just cleaned it and the chemicals they used were making it temporarily sticky. I didn't even know how to respond to that BS as I've never heard of an excuse that stupid before. Check in was at 3pm and I checked in at 5pm so the room should have been fully ready well in advance.

Out of the hundreds if not thousands of hotels I have ever stayed at in my life, this is the absolute nastiest and horrible hotel I've been at. When we checked in, there was a line out the door, because they overbooked and kept telling people there's nothing they can do for them even if they had a guarantee. We got a room. It smelled so bad of smoke and just disgusting that we bought Febreze spray for the carpets and car air fresheners for the window unit. Still didn't help. There were gnats everywhere and bugs. The sink was stained this nasty brown. No Trash bin. Hot water was limited. Toilet roll holder was broken. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor and outside and people talking as if you were there. Woke up to a man just hacking up for 30 minutes and vomiting. Only gave us two pillows. My husband went to get more and said they would give us some more. We waited two hours, and he went back. Said the manager was on the phone talking to someone about someone wanting a different room because it smelled so bad of smoke. They told her to give them another room and leave the door open and give it to the next person. Saw them pick and choose who to give things to people or just tell them they have to go to the laundry room, but give it to the next person who asked when they didn't even leave. I slept in my clothes because I didn't want to sleep on that bed. I would have rather slept in my car. Even though I have stayed at many Extended Stays, I will never again.

First night I arrived around 9pm to have them tell me my room wouldn't be ready that night. When I went back the next day they had cancelled the rest of my reservation and were unable to find me any other options for places to stay, leaving me to spend the day dragging around my luggage and trying to find another hotel. They also have yet to refund me for my stay which they cancelled without my consent. So don't stay here if you actually want a room and place to sleep in ft worth.

The hotel is isolated in a dark corner off of university dr. Making it hard to find at night. I arrived at 8:00 pm there was a lot of loitering in the parking lot. A lot of people smoking trash cans were uncovered, and overfilled with trash. My room, although clean, smelled horribly like smoke that my pajamas smelled like I’d been to a smoked filled night club! I called to change the room, and they wanted to put me at the back of the building the darkest part of the hotel. I also noticed as I was checking out, there are a lot of street people who “hang out” at that location who also stay at this hotel. This explains a lot, I do not recommend this location.

My stay at extended stay was wonderful, customer service was king, rooms are a nice size very clean and comfortable, great location very quiet, Lobby is very clean and quiet the front desk staff Barron is exceptional went above and beyond to get me checked in while still handlining other customers in a very professional manner i love the community amenities are walking distance, I will be back.

Ive been staying here for several months and the staff has been accommodating and front desk supervisor Baron is always respectful and a pleasure to talk with. Property is quiet for the most part and there's not people loitering around or hanging out

My stay was excellent. The property has new management and they really do make sure everything is clean and they are so helpful. If I needed anything they make sure I have it. The property is clean kept clean by the staff. Housekeepers do a great job and give great service. Front desk staff were very helpful.
