Room smelled like urine. There were no towels. Called front desk to get towels, told I had to come get them
Myself. Bed was very uncomfortable.
Only stayed because we were there one night just to sleep. Got up as soon as possible and left.

During our stay we found a cockroach in our room and also found a gecko the following night. Nothing was done about it. Apparently it’s normal.The entire hotel had a smell to it. I would not stay here again. I had to sue to last minute booking but I do not recommend anyone stay here. The staff was nice but over all the place is not pleasant…

Super clean property! The room smelled clean, there was no smell of smoking which is what some hotels have issues with. The property is small but it is well kept. I would stay here again.

It was a nightmare. Never got a chance to check-in because there was only one employee trying to help me 15 people and the room I reserved smelled terrible and I refused to stay in there and they did not have another room of similar size available. So I left without checking in because it was horrible. This 🏩 needs to be evaluated because it is not suitable at all.

Our room had obviously been smoked in. It was very bad, we had to open the windows for hours and it barely dissipated. There were no extra blankets for our daughter. Even though the reservation was for 3. The front desk didn’t have any either. The whole place just smelled and because it was an extended stay which was NOT posted on the website there was no breakfast.
