The exterior appearance was nice and the location is good. Parking was convenient with adequate spaces for the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making check in quick and pleasant. The lobby was comfortable and inviting, however there was a problem with the door leading to the parking garage which necessitated guests to use the front entrance and walk around the building, a minor inconvenience. My room was a "Premium Room, King Bed" but it did not feel premium. The best part of the room was the bathroom which was just ok. The shower was terrible! There was hardly enough water pressure to even take a shower, let alone feel like you got completely rinsed off. The bed and bedding were comfortable but the room looked old and tired and not at all inviting. There was no refrigerator, microwave or safe in the room. There was a small closet but no luggage stand. When I tried to iron a shirt, the ironing board cover left a pattern on my black shirt what made it un-wearable. The next time I visit Fort Worth, I will choose a better option.
