Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown Reviews

Beautiful hotel!! I work in the hotel industry, I spent 10+ years in housekeeping, from housekeeper all the way to executive housekeeper amd I am super critical about hotels. I have also worked for Hampton Inn & Suites before. This property has a very well trained staff, extremely professional welcoming front desk staff and super clean beautifully maintain super clean rooms and facilities. 5 stars all the way for this property!

The hotel is not new, but it is clean. There is a special parking garage next to the hotel, which is very safe. The parking fee seems to be 20 US dollars. The breakfast is richer than that of ordinary hotels. It is very quiet to sleep at night

Quiet, sanitary and comfortable environment

Indoor pool area was awful. It was so hot in there you couldn’t stay which was the main reason we stayed at this hotel. People were leaving soon as they walked in due to their eyes burning. When I asked Manager, all she could muster up for an excuse was “it has to be that hot due to sanitary reasons”. WHAT!!! Front staff was rude.

The stay was great! Construction around the building hampered our ability to park without making a block to get into the garage. We were pleased overall and would stay again!

Lovely hotel great location,would have gave it 5 stars but for 2 points. NO SAFE IN ROOM. and never been in a heated indoor pool that was so cold. If you do not swim and carry all you important items like passports and cash with you then this is 5 star breakfast great

Great location. Helpful staff. Provided an early check in which was super helpful. Wonderful location walking distance to most everything downtown.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was better than a lot of hotels. I would stay again. The parking was $32 but the security of our car was worth it. We did have a little problem with the elevator buttons not working when pressed but it was a fine.

Using a key card for everything was bothersome, and some of the staff could have been kinder, but otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

They were great at. Check in and comped our parking because we had paid for parking outside of the facility before we checked in. That was awesome!! Staff is super nice

Everything was good except the bed was squeaky and they did have a decent breakfast

Breakfast could have been better, or bigger variety. Parking garage is tiny! But the rooms & guest services were great!!

The bartender was one of the worst bartenders we've ever had. Also disappointed there wasn't a little restaurant inside.
