Great location and cleanliness. Fort William is a small town so the hotel is basically accessible to everything in town within 10mins. It’s very close to bus and train stations too.

An old hotel, fairly clean. Beautiful appearance. Enthusiastic Filipino and Indian waiters. The bed, bedside table, table, and sofa in the room look like products from the 1980s in my country. The bed in the family room is relatively wider than other places. (Most beds in British hotels are narrow)

I was worried when I read the reviews at first, but other places are either far away or super expensive. When I arrived, I found that it was okay, it was an old-fashioned European hotel, the room was unexpectedly large, and the sanitation was also good. The sound insulation is poor. I really like this hotel. The view is amazing, and the reception is very friendly. They also have a restaurant and bar downstairs, which is really a saver for us after a long day of driving.

Really great Hotel. Cheapest around as well so don’t really get when people book cheap hotels and complain that it’s not 5* 😂. Location is amazing. The Loch is beautiful. Staff are really nice. Rooms have everything you need and are quite spacious. Food is really good although a wee bit expensive but still good sized portions.
