Croit Anna Hotel

For a three star hotel it is very comfortable and I have no complaints because it looks like the rooms are all gradually being upgraded. Ours was older than the room our friends were in. There is tea, coffee etc and hairdryer, fluffy towels and diddy soaps but no shower gel, shampoo etc. Our window only opened a couple of inches while our friends could open french windows and step onto a Juliet balcony. They paid more for that room.

 we enjoyed our short break at this hotel travelling with Alfa holidays.Our room was overlooking the loch ,and although small it contained everything we required .perfectly clean and very warm good quality hairdryer tea and coffee facilities with as many top ups as you need. We found the staff friendly hardworking and eager to help. The food was of a good quality for the price you pay with more choices then expected . This hotel is a little dated throughout especially the outside area's this we expected. We where particularly happy with the way Alfa dealt with our luggage just like a cruise.leave them outside your room on the last night and you don't see them again till you have reached your destination. I would be more then happy to stay here again and travel with Alfa holidays

Great hotel .staff well brilliant. Derick the driver was so nolagable about the whole trips out and Scotland.food was also good great chef. I will be back .I would recommend this trip for sightseeing and going to the ilse skye Inverness and more .

Went here as part of a coach tour with Alfa travel. Hotel is situated about 3 mins out of Fort William with stunning views of the loch. My room was a twin room which was great a lovely bathroom with shower it was clean, spacious and had lovely views of the loch. The staff were amazing, there was a nice quiet lounge, bar area opening out on to the restaurant. The breakfast was good with a good selection the evening meal had a good choice it was good and hearty. I didn't partake in the evening g entertainment so can't comment. I had an issue with my mobile when I was at the hotel and the staff could not if been more helpful .....thank you to all the staff in reception for their help .....I would definitely stay here again the only criticism I have odd that the building could do with smartening up but other than than excellent value for money.

Could have been cleaner but generally ok. Our room was tiny, more a single than a double. Two people couldn't get changed at the same time and no way to get two in the bathroom. Food was good and the staff were lovely. Lovely location but the hotel could have looked better from the kerbside.

You have made it too number One out of 30 in my worst Hogmanay experiences,if your looking for a remotely SCOTTISH Hogmanay,don't go there,their ideaof one is to get the usual singing act,that they have all year round to sing loch Lomond at the end of night, no Scottish songs no dancing,totally let down just pure lazyness , their happy to double their prices ,but not prepared to put in any effort, I could have saved myself £200 ,and came to see the same act in march
