Good location, near by Walmart , very convenient! The Breakfast is also is also good!

Upon arrival at hotel the air conditioning in our room did not work. We went to the front desk and informed them. She was rude but sent someone quickly and he fixed the unit. Once it was running, we left the room to pick up our son and upon on returning the air conditioning had once again stopped working and had a strong burning smell. We informed the front desk (different lady) and she was rude too. She came up and tried resetting the breaker, however the unit was burned up. I asked to be placed into a different room. She was not happy to accommodate but did find us a new room. The hotel is doing renovations which is much needed. The new room smelled much better but was dingy. The carpet was dingy and the couch had stains. However, the bed was comfortable. The TV remote didn't work. I had to go to the front desk and asked if they could change the batteries in the remote and she just sighed at me and gave me a new remote. I just can't believe how rude the front desk employees are at Hyatt. We went for breakfast the next morning and there were plenty of tables but not a single clean one to sit at. Their was hardly any food left and there was still an hour before breakfast closed. Such a disappointing stay. I'm glad they are renovating because it is much needed. Hopefully, the front desk attitudes gets "renovated" too.

A great property in need of an update The hotel is under renovation, which is a good thing as the property is showing a lot of wear. The overall upkeep of the hotel is very poor, which is disappointing. Ten years ago this was a property that was well maintained. Only one elevator was available, which led to long waits on the weekend when the hotel was very busy. Housekeeping was very efficient and the breakfast was very good.
