I called police and I have police report, the problem was I went to office and he asked me for very attitude ID and Credit card then I gave him , he gave me key and I told him , can you please tell me , where is the room and which floor , and he told me go lobby and make left turn , and I told him nicely twice, can you please tell me which floor , he said go lobby make a left turn , so I told him , we don’t know the room and he said give me key and get out my property and I said no , he said get out I will call police, then he called police and police came and telling me to leave ,he don’t want it in his property , and police give me report and police say he will be refund, he still not cancel booking yet , still going and I don’t receive for refund and deposit yet !

Floor wasn’t vacuumed (if it was, they missed half the floor). Bathroom sink was dirty. Still had previous guest soap and toothpaste marks.

I am a very honest person, they took half of my deposit bc I had to open the room bc what ever spray they used to make it smell good was messing with my breathing so I had to open the window The man was trying to find something wrong and only could find that one thing was that I open the window and they had do not open the window signs on it amd then he tried to say we was smoking all bc I open the window witch I do not smoke, I have breathing problems. And he said he had to pay someone to fix it. But when I call for my deposit he told me to call back in a couple of hours bc he was trying to find something wrong and there wasn't even tho my sheets was stained up, there were nesting things on the walls and my sheets had a burn whole witch I have pictures of all bc my mother always said a picture speaks a thousand words

The pool is heated, but isn’t and the pool room was cold. Dirty sheets, nasty breakfast is 6am-9am and the pool closes at 9? Like I got here at 1030 but the pool rooms unlocked? The service here was dookie too so it really ruined it for all the fairbridge. If you read this, spend the extra $20 to get a better place. It’ll be worth it.
