Driving along Highway 294, you will see a striking hotel sign when you get off the highway. The hotel is a relatively small building with a blue and white exterior. The lobby is super spacious. The front desk staff of the hotel are very kind and the processing speed is very fast. The design of the hotel is very fashionable and the colors are brighter. I like it very much. The wheel roll in room selected for the room, the hotel room in the United States is large, and any large trolley box can be opened properly. The bathroom is also barrier-free, which is spacious and clean.

First off - the pictures on website are NOTHING like the property - when you call to make reservation there is a welcome message indicating they are proud to announce renovations have been completed - the hotel is filthy - stinks - bathroom off the lobby had poop all over it and urine smell terrible - didn’t even use the bathroom - we were given a key to room 301 - window in hall outside of room was broke and could hear highway - room keys did not work - people were sitting outside of the room watching tv on their phone (shady people) we were appalled by the filth of the whole place and the smell was terrible - we went back to front desk and told them we were not staying - because of misrepresentation of the conditions- the “staff” behind the front desk were 4-5 men (could not understand we needed refund) I don’t believe they could understand much English - another disturbing thing was they made a picture of my drivers license when checking in (I have never had this done at a hotel) I did request the copy of my license be given back to me - I am now working with the customer complaint dept (not much help) I was advised to call manager at the hotel and request refund - when I called - was told manager was not there and not sure when he would be in (not today not tomorrow just not sure when he would be there) I gave the person who answered the phone my request and information to pass along to manager - I do not expect a call back! I know that each hotel is individually owned but I would think comfort inn would have district managers that monitored the properties since it represents their brand! I was not able to get a contact number for corporate offices here in United States - the customer service for complaints in housed in Central America (which we had a language barrier) My husband and I are not high maintenance people by no means but this property is a disgrace for comfort inn and for Fort Wayne! Again - do not book this hotel if you think you are going to the facility shown to you on their website (unless you want a good laugh) total misrepresentation! I wish I would have taken pictures of actual property but we just wanted to get out of there!!!!! I am still hoping to get a refund since we did not stay (didn’t even get in the room)

Hilton Huiting hardware facilities are generally new and the service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are located in the middle-grade family travel, refrigerator, microwave oven, pots and pans are available. Parking is free. During the epidemic, breakfast can be taken back to the room or take out, and the service is very user-friendly. This family has maintained the brand's consistent standard, there is a seminary nearby in Sharining design, worth seeing ~.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis Holiday Inn is in a very convenient location, directly across the street from the Coliseum, not far from a large mall and restaurants, and only a few miles from downtown. I checked in around 1, and my room was ready. It’s of average size, and clean. Bed was fine, shower was OK, and halls were quiet. I did use the pool briefly which is of decent size. There is no spa. I didn’t eat at the onsite restaurant or bar. There are several mastodons statues located on the property, as that is the mascot of nearby Purdue- Fort Wayne. A nice touch, but some of them have seen better days and need to be repaired or replaced.
GGuest UserWhen I booked the room I asked for an accessible shower meaning one that was flat with the floor. We got an accessible room with a tub/shower with a support bar. I decided to do with it for 2 nights. Later that night I realizes that our King bed was a Queen. The normal information book that you find in a room did not exist. I went to the front desk and asked for a TV channel listing. The one that they gave me was off by 3 numbers on every channel. The next day we went out sight seeing and came back in the afternoon to find that our room had not been addressed by housekeeping. I talked to a housekeeper in the hall and was told that we were not on his list. He also said that they do not do housekeeping every day unless you requested it at the front desk. This was the first that I heard of this. I told the front desk clerk that we needed fresh bathroom linen. He said that he would leave a note for his relief who would be there in 30 minutes. Two and a half hours later I went to the front desk and the relief knew nothing about it. She did give me some fresh towels,, etc.
GGuest UserThe location was great with restraunts nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was far better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The complaints were few. There was a high pitched ringing noise from the vent in the bathroom. It was random and not present long enough to be able to report to staff. The hallway smelled strongly of ********* at intermittent times during our overnight stay. We would stay again despite the slight issues.
GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for one night and it was a very pleasant stay. The guy working the front desk the night we checked in was excellent. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with a bedroom separate from the living room area. We had a family of 4 but only found 2 towels in the room. The guy working the front desk quickly got us 3 more. We also couldn't find a hair dryer anywhere in the room and he once again showed up at our room with a hair dryer shortly after we called. The bed was soft and even the bed in the fold out couch was fairly comfy compared to other hotel fold out couches I've been on. Wifi was strong enough on the 3rd floor to watch videos on YouTube without an issue. When we first got there, the traffic noise from the windows seemed loud. Eventually we realized the windows in both rooms were open slightly. This dishwasher was also extremely noisy but since we only stayed one night, we didn't run it until we were checking out. Given they have full kitchens in all rooms, they don't serve breakfast, something I overlooked when I booked the room. That was my fault for not noticing that but they do have a nicely stocked pantry that you can charge to your room. It's all on the honor system which makes me wonder how many people actually do pay for the things they take from there. If you want something else, there's a Costco across the street and a Meijer just up the road. For the size of the room, the rate was surprisingly low. I don't think I'd have any problem staying here again.
GGuest UserGood value for those looking for a moderately priced place to sleep. We had booked a queen room which happened to be in the second floor. When the man at the desk saw we were seniors, he upgraded us to a King room so we could be in the first floor at no extra charge. For those wanting more than the continental breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, waffles, sausage/egg/biscuit sandwich, cold cereal, bagels, muffins, bananas, yogurt) the amount saved from booking here is more than enough to purchase breakfast at the nearby IHOP, Golden Corral, or Cracker Barrel.
吴吴The location of the hotel is good, the environment is good, clean and hygienic, the transportation is very convenient, the meals around are also convenient, the service attitude is very good, the breakfast is good and rich, and I will choose to stay next time I travel.
GGuest UserIt’s clean and the staff is nice. I felt safe and the parking lot looked safe. The breakfast had bagels. The bed was comfortable. However, it’s an old hotel that I think might have last been renovated in the 1990s. It’s ugly and the pillows were small. It’s ok for 1 night.
GGuest UserI was surprised how clean my room was! It's a great price for the area!! Clean hallways & very quiet! I felt like I was staying at a $120. night Hotel. Tons of restaurant's near by! Big room! Decent T.V. & furniture! If I lose my power again at home. I will definitely stay at FairBridge again. Better Hotel than I thought it would be?
GGuest UserVery nice hotel for the price, clean, good customer service, convenient and safe .. definitely i'll be using it again and a gain I stayed in some budget hotels in the area and this one is the best by far
