Luminary Hotel & Co., Autograph Collection

The Luminary had a wonderful staff. The front desk was great help and gave great suggestions for things to do downtown. SKI with Valet was also a highlight. He carried good convo and showed good hustle throughout my entire stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Southwest Florida.

The hotel was great , I always stay there when in town however, I am specifically writing this review to acknowledge Alexa who was so awesome and really made my stay, she checked me in and when i told her I was celebrating my little ones bday , she did a awesome sweet job at making sure I was able to get everything I wanted for the special occasion done ! Thank you so much Alexa !

Beautiful hotel, great views, & the staff very friendly. Kim & Ski provided recommendations on restaurants in house & also in town. Roof top bar was great! Breadkfast was delicious at Ella's. We arrived just in time for the gorgeous sunset.

Beautiful property, excellent staff and love the 12th floor rooftop bar. I want to also share that Nedgy the front desk girl was super sweet, very knowledgeable about the area and when she found out it was our anniversary, she sent up a bottle of wine and sweets. She made our whole stay even more special. Thanks for the top notch service and especially to Nedgy for the extra Love!

We just spend 2 nights here and loved the location and interior design of the indoor public spaces and room. But the pool area was disappointing. Nothing but a lot of concrete. As a tourism professional I do a lot of research before booking our private overnights and perhaps our expectations were too high after reading so many good reviews. Check in and check out was done by a cold and careless front desk employee. It happened to be the same person. But the worst part was the location of our room (#529). The first night (Thursday) we woke up by loud music playing outside. We thought it was perhaps a car in the garage with doors open and music on. When we went to the front desk in the middle of the night the friendly night guard told us that this is de clubs closing and it will last for about 30 minutes. There was no other room available to change. The second night (Friday) we had the loud music from 9 pm onwards and we couldn’t fall asleep. The next morning when we checked out I mentioned that we had two sleepless nights and all we heard was “sorry”. The main reason for booking a hotel room is to be able to sleep and that wasn’t possible for us. We booked through the Marriott app and although we’re not a high ranked Bonvoy member we were not expecting this. ******* was 2 weeks before our arrival cheaper even if we added the separate parking charge to their rate since we had the Summer package through Marriott but we didn’t change, expecting a better service to be honest. There is also no bell service so we had to bring our 7 pieces of luggage ourselves to the room.
