It may have been the location of the particular room we were given, but we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. Every time the air conditioner in our room turned on, it sounded like thunder. The pillows were one of flattest, most uncomfortable pillows we've ever had in any hotel. The elevator made loud frightening sounds, so we ended up taking the stairs because it did not feel safe. Our room was missing closet doors, and it would've been nice to have the mirrors, as we were in town for a social event. The bright spot was that the room was clean and the layout was nice, but for $250/night, we expected alot more.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Our studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was.very.comfortable. The bathroom showed some slight wear but nothing too bad. We would definitely stay here again!

DO NOT BOOK!!! I am a Marriott Employee, and I always book through the Bonvoy App. I cancelled well within the 48 hours, and I was still charged for the trip. Phil A (if that is his name, the AGM) would not refund my money, and said I lied about my booking! I would NEVER book pre-pay! I am going to tell everyone to never stay here, book here, and corporate needs to know what kind of rude AGM they have working for them. I told him if I was going to be charged anyway, we would stay there, and cancel our other reservation. He said I would have to pay again!!! What kind of way is that to treat another Marriott employee or anyone for that matter?

It was only three days for work, but it truly felt like coming home to a “homey”comfortable space at the end of each day. And the full breakfast offering was more than I would ever make for myself as I rush out the door when at home! Can’t say enough good things about my stay!

Never had enough breakfast bar to accommodate customers. Was very disappointed the help was very rude and refused to fix more she said then you JUST NEED TO COME DOWN SOONER if you want breakfast. Breakfast is until 9:00 during the week and 9:30 on weekends NEVER EVER HAD ENOUGH SAUSAGE OR BACON WE WOULD GET DOWN THERE AROUND 30 to 45 minutes before they Quit serving very very disappointed they even ran out of YOGURT and refused to put more out because it was to close to close up time. Lady was the most HATEFUL person ever
Will never stay with you again nor would I ever tell anyone to stay with you

Very clean. They upgraded our room to a two-bedroom suite, we were very thankful. The entire place was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The breakfast was very good and had several options. Friendly staff. It was close to an airport so you could see the planes fly very close over you, but you couldn't hear them inside. The only complaint would have been the mattress on the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable. Our toddler slept there, and he didn't seem to mind but it would not be comfortable for an older child or adult. If we return to the area we will choose to stay here again.

The small entrance had people smoking the room was ok. The bed uncomfortable, the a/c noisy and people talking loud on the hallways afyer10
