The water quality is very poor and smelly. There was actually a cleaning fee of US$129 per night for the room. The building is being renovated everywhere and the noise is very loud

The resort itself was great and Macy at Guest Services was so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed several delicious meals at Flippers restaurant next door. The pool was nice and warm, and the view from our condo was amazing! We saw manatees, stingrays and dolphins. The only downside was the room itself, which was advertised as “luxury”: the palm themed coastal furnishings were fine, and I could live with the 1990s kitchen appliances, but the kitchen was sparsely appointed with dishes, decor was tired and honestly the entire place could use a deep clean and new flooring.

The room was beautiful, the view was gorgeous, and it was very clean. The property itself was very nice. They don’t have housekeeping unless you are there 5 days or longer which is kind of inconvenient. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We had a great time! Stayed in room 502 was very clean and had a great view! The only thing I would have wanted was more coffee and creamer in the room. For are 4 nights. We will be coming back!

The resort was nice, the room clean and comfortable. It could us a few more kitchen items, such as measuring cups and a blender. Only one elevator was working, which made a ride from the 12th floor a long wait! It would also be nice if the fan on the roof of Flippers wasn't so noisy, making a quiet evening on the balcony less enjoyable.

Great, quiet place to stay. Short car ride to the beach. Pool was great. Only one elevator working at this time was the only problem we encountered

Requested a late check out. Confirmed by staff, then locked out of room.
Had to request sheets etc for pull out sofa.

When I booked I did not realize it was a timeshare owned. I think ******* should indicate when a “resort”. Is really not a resort. There was no front desk services. Not staffed as a resort This is more a long term rental property only. I would not recommend to most. It is quiet and away from busy crowds. Which is good
