I would not recommend this property to anyone. The room was terrible. The bathroom did not have a door. The shower had no tub or stall, just a shower head coming out of the wall. The price we paid was outrageous.

Wasn't terrible but they didn't even have enough pillows for the party of four at the location. Asked and they said they would look into it, I figured that was a no.

Since I've stayed multiple times post medical procedures, the handicapp accessible rooms and bathrooms are superb! Rooms are impressive, clean and updated! I love this property and its perfect in style and affordable price! I was able to go to the pool this stay and it was also clean. Staff is very nice!!!

We we’re only there for one night between Cruz and flight, so that’s why I give it an average, but great for cleanliness and very convenient

This property is close to the cruise port.However there is no bathroom In the lobby for the public to use. It was a little loud 2 dogs were there. The rooms are updated and decent. I won’t be staying again.

The hotel was good for one night before our cruise. The only complaint was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold in our room but that’s my preference. Also had to ask for coffee cups and they were paper so hot carrying back to room.

Not the cleanest, homeless people outside didn’t feel safe. Only two flat pillows on bed and when asked for more they said they didn’t have enough. No shampoo etc. she found one at front desk. Front desk worker was pleasant. Hallways haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Very basic.

The staff was very unprofessional I booked a 5 day stay and never had room service once. I had to go to the front desk and ask for new towels and sheets so that I can have clean sheets and towel, I spread the bed myself. The other customers were very noisy and the hall way had an horrible smell everyday even when they cleaned it. In addition I had to report to the front desk everyday when I came in to reactivate my key fob because it continuously got deactivated. Not convenient at all.
