Wonderful stay. Walked everywhere. Didn’t use the car. And the N ew River Tour boat dock right across the street.

When we first checked in we were originally assigned an unrenovated room on the first floor that had a very strong chemical smell. We went to the front desk to ask for another room and after 45 minutes were assigned another room on the second floor which was renovated and a lot nicer. The person at the front desk was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Hotel is an older hotel but is situated right on Las Olas Blvd with all the restaurants and shops. Guess it's a give and take.

It’s a bit outdated but they are planning a big renovation in the fall. It was nice overall and would stay there again. Food was good. Note Fort Lauderdale restaurants close by 10pm!

Lovely older hotel in LAS Ola. Boulevard Restaurants are plentiful , wonderful facilities at hotel Hotel restaurants were great No complaints Friendly help desk staff

We were put in the older part of the hotel. The hotel was established in 1938 per the sign outside. Some of the furniture was original. We requested to change rooms because of bugs and management couldn’t have been more accommodating. My advice is to get a room in the newer part of the hotel.

I liked the front desk check in experience, even though we arrived early we were given a room fairly quickly. The breakfast was not very good, the coffee was awful, bacon and toast arrived cold. The server was very pleasant but the breakfast that first morning deterred us from eating at the hotel again.

Nice hotel, only issue we found is the aircon in the whole building was set very cold. Walking through reception and up to the room we needed jumpers but apart from that its a great hotel, staff were helpful and very centrally located to everything we wanted to do

In the heart of everything. We especially enjoyed the private pool area and watching the yachts go up and down the river.
