Enjoyed our stay, clean, good food and serve was excellent.

The hotel was nice. The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive.

Unfriendly staff, rooms not ready on arrival as late as 4pm, great views but poorly equipped (not enough light in the room, one of the few lamps was defunct, bats and restaurants overpriced, no breakfast before 7am

Overall decent stay. A lot of random fees! Wish we could’ve seen mermaid show on 12/16 but was cancelled due to weather. Still waiting on a call back for a refund for the $138 I paid for the show

I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick. On top of the incredible service the oceanfront location and pool cannot be beaten. B Ocean was beautiful

Location was great! Room was nice.

The vallet scratched my entire wheel and refuses to take any accountability since i didn’t know until i got home. I know plenty people take their gorgeous exotic cars there so BEWARE! They refuse to take a claim. My wheel has yellow paint all over it and there’s yellow curbs by the vallet. I’ll attach pictures. My stay was okay. The staff for the most part was nice however nothing working. My phone inside the hotel didn’t work, i had to use my cell phone to call room service. I didn’t have a menu of the food i could order so i called and was told id get sent a link. I got sent a picture of the menu from some random person which was weird to me. My TV remote didn’t work at all so i was stuck on one channel and the on and off button. I called and asked for new towels and water and they never came with it. I understand accidents happen but with the series of events at a beach front hotel for the price i paid i felt the hospitality was terrible.

Kevin and Stephanie made our day! Excellent service and great recommendations! We will be back specifically based on their service. Maybe they should be in charge? The whole resort is Amazing and we recommend anyone to come check out this place. Best drinks on the Beach!

The worst experience of my life: broken stuff in the restroom, stained walls, peel paint and the worst, ROACHES! Many. So disgusting! And when we complained at front desk they said “those insects are common here” and just reimbursed me the resort fee. That was worth full one. And they appear as a 4 stars hotel! ‍♀️

Truly a wonderful resort from top to bottom. I have to admit that I was slightly apprehensive based on a few of the bad reviews, but almost as soon as I arrived, those were swept to the side and clearly I was in for a great experience. I took a red eye, so I got to the hotel absurdly early, full well knowing I likely would not have a room yet. When I got to the front desk, the staff members were so lovely and welcoming. While my room wasn't ready yet, the staff gave me a bunch of awesome options. I decided to grab breakfast in the restaurant, then park myself on the beach. The restaurant was great, with a decent breakfast and hot coffee. John, the waiter, was a treat. Just wonderful, friendly, and great to chat with. (John, if you read this, Angel says hi!). Great service with a smile and all around wonderful. I then went out to the beach and decided to rent a daybed, which was much cheaper than I thought it would be. They set me up and it was wonderful. Seriously, if you can spring for it, grab the day bed-- it was so comfy and felt so luxe. Unfortunately, it did start to rain pretty intensely after a couple of hours, but Kevyn was WONDERFUL and-- after bringing me a billion towels-- offered to comp the bed for me the next day since I didn't get the full use. I took him up on that and the next day, the service Kevyn and beachside waitress Kendra gave were just top notch. My room was ready around noon and so I was able to get out of the rain and get dried off. The room was clean, cute, and comfortable. I loved the balcony! There was a Keurig and free bottled water, too, plus an ice maker right by the elevator. My only super minor complaint is that there was no room service menu in the room and when I called down, I wasn't able to get one (I ended up ordering Door Dash, which was fine). All in all, I love my mid week stay at B Ocean! I can see if I paid some crazy holiday rate that I maybe would be less thrilled, but given the rate I paid and that the hotel was calm and quiet, I will ABSOLUTELY be back. Thanks to John, Kevyn, and Kendra especially for being awesome!

Overpriced bad food.. hotel understaffed BUT Marie @the front desk is a gem! Above and beyond supportive and helpful!! Also folks at the pool and concierge great! Made a mostly negative experience a bit better . Long lines for check in, check out

This hotel is horrible! Don’t waste your money or your time. It’s like a Holiday Inn from 1969 that’s never been renovated. The rooms are dark and dirty. The fixtures are rusty. The bathrooms are tiny, no place to put anything, and no place to hang up your towels. The AC didn’t work at all. After 5 calls and visits to the front desk they replaced the unit at 7pm. They left our room a mess after replacing it. The carpet was soaked. The new unit was louder than a freight train. The valet parking ($50 per day) took almost 30 minutes to retrieve our car each time. Breakfast at the restaurant took a long time to come after we ordered it and was ice cold. When checking out today, I was asked how our stay was. I told the manager on duty about all the issues. Rather than apologize her only answer was to insist that they get great reviews. Over the course of my 40 year professional career, I’ve don’t more than 1000 room nights in hotels all over the world. This hotel was one of the worst (for $500 per night). Tear it down and start over. Can’t be saved

We had a great trip and stay at B Ocean! We visited for our 1 year Wedding Anniversary and Babymoon trip. Our room overlooked the ocean and was very clean. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We'd like to thank Steph at the Sand Bar especially. She remembered us from day 1, went above and beyond, and even got some non-alcoholic beers stocked in the bar for me (pregnant!). We would definitely recommend staying at B Ocean! Close walk to downtown, right on the beach, and a short Uber/Lyft to Las Olas Blvd.
