We do have a baby monitor, pack-N-play, (Please bring a crib sheet), Booster seat, and sleep sound machine at the house for you to use. House Rules: 1) As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 24 years or older. 2) Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following: a) List with the names and ages of all occupants. b) The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver's license or passport. 3) No unregistered guests, special events or parties are allowed without prior consent. 4) No pets are allowed without prior consent & $250.00 Pet Fee. 5.)It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence as per the City of Fort Lauderdale.
