Shoshone-Bannock Hotel and Event Center

I loved it. We came from Utah to see the purple experience and we had a blast.. Marshall and the band were so good and they let everybody come up front and dance which made our experience even better! The room, restaurant were great too. Good times!

The room was clean and nice but no heat the staff at front desk was nice . The ****** was alright for video blackjack I did alright. But the food and staff in the grill was terrible at best I ordered a sirloin that was not eatable I had to wait several minutes for everything I drank 2 beers before ordering dinner and 1 more with dinner and was told I could have any more 35 min before they closed I had not drank anything previously and they was quite rude about it . The other complaint i have is I like to find my place in the ****** and stay I played black jack the next morning in the same spot for 4 hours I wanted some coffee or water. The only way to do that is get up and lose your machine. I played in other reservation casinos, even though the drinks aren’t free they still bring them to you. I understand they have a no alcohol in ****** only in the bar, but it would make sense that they would have one or two girls bring coffee, water, or soda to the machines. All in all the hotel wasn’t bad. The ****** wasn’t bad but don’t go there hungry.

Nice, but I feel bad, I let my friends family have the room and they trashed it, but all and all, they were definitely natives, struggling to smile and be nice aye, aho brothers, good bear claw, and always cigarettes in the ash tray for the less fortunate

After many room changes due to problems (no A/C, no telephone, hot tub full of cold water), we were finally moved to a beautiful suite. Thanks to Tammy, she was very accomodating. This suite we had was the most comfortable bed and pillows ever! You could actually live in this suite short term! The coffee machine wasn't working, so Tammy had a new one sent upstairs. Jeremy at the front desk was also friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay a the Shoshone BAnnock Hotel and will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Tammy and Jeremy!

The floors were filthy in the room. 2 hr wait for restaurant. Food was greasy. They threw my glasses away instead of calling my #. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. They have 4 eating places but only one open and completely unstaffed Sad

The a/c will not cool off your room. So hot I couldn't sleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In my book I should of drove another 40 min to get a hotel I could of slept comfortably in. In the end over priced room that I got the worst sleep on this trip.
