I was very happy with the nighttime front desk lady.she was very nice.she was very helpful.

Super 8 Fort Collins I needed a budget hotel for a quick overnight stay in Fort Collins. The reviews seems fair for the price. Lesson learned…reviews lie. This hotel and parking area are really a 2 out of 10. The get 2 stars only because it was cheap. The bedding was incredibly old with holes in them. Toilet was broken. Wouldn’t flush. Bathtub walls had long black hairs in them. No towel rods anywhere. Tv stand broken and in pieces. Breakfast was a waffle maker and cold cereal. In the future I’ll spend $20-30 more for something I’m not afraid to park at or stay in.

My family stayed here during a trip. It was quiet, clean, and had breakfast in the morning. We'd stay here again.

Caught in a blizzard, they were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. They invited me to stay and treated me like a royal queen, if I am ever in Casper I’ll definitely stop by and stay! Thank you, thank you, thank you…..

Right off the interstate and good location but wasn’t able to check in for 5 hours from the original check in time.

After checking in and seeing the room and area my wife and i didn't feel safe so we checked out immediately.

Well the only thing that was a problem was that I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes because the key didn’t read and they have to get the manager to open it. He said that it was an old program that they have updated yet.

Property was a good value for the money. Unfortunately it is in a bad area. Also, the last night we were there the people above us were very noisy until about 2:30 a.m.

Flies and filthy. Lights, furniture was full of dust and not wiped down. Stains on bed covers. Room wasn't serviced even when requested. I'll never stay there again. Overcharged, as well. Trying to resolve. Location was convenient for my needs.

People were outside drinking on the steps. Walked in the room and it smelled bad. It was so bad I didn't stay.

We stayed in 7 different hotels on this vacation and this was the 2nd best. Loved it, clean, roomy, great water pressure, microwave, fridge, safe, tv, tall toilet and sink counter. Good breakfast, ice machine, safe neighborhood and extremely nice and friendly staff. It did NOT have a coffee maker in room. Convenient and affordable.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Shower was hard to adjust the temperature and was made for short people.

The staff was awesome. Jessica helped us in such a pleasant way. The company has to be proud of this staff.
