Hilton Garden Inn Fort Collins

I stay here 4 night and They never clean the room eventhough I asked the reception everyday but the housekeeping didn't clean the room, So I have to clean myself and got the new towel at front desk😡and trow away the garbage The hotel are under renovation at 8 am the worker already working at my next room and so noisy Hossible experiance they shouldn't open the hotel if the situation like that

Well i reserve the king size bed room on lime and pay for it. And when i arrived , surprise it was a two queen bed. Thats a joke . No respect . It was a aniversity date with my wife and disapointed when i got to hotel tje front desk.told me that sorry theres no kingsize bed room avalible. But she can make it up with a break fast cupon. And sh e couldnt do nonthing about it. But i had reserve and pay for the room That was my bad experience at this place. So it ruined my plan aniversary.. was traveling from california to fort collins colorado..

Hot water was broken my entire stay and there was no cleaning service. I wasn’t even compensated or apologized to.

Very nice and pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The sign on Harmony Road was hard to see and easily missed.

Very welcoming as soon as we entered the lobby. Our room was ready and very nice. We had a couple of drinks at the bar, and guests were randomly ordering food and getting quick service. The hotel was very clean and organized. Had a good night sleep, and breakfast in the morning. Great place we will be back. Plenty to do in Ft Collins.

Beds were very comfortable and they have walk in showers! Staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my boarding pass.

Great experience. Buffet breakfast, left a little to be desired.
