Stayed 4 nights. GOOD PART: Hotel and grounds were clean. Most staff friendly. Free coffee in lobby. No problems with elevators. Beds were clean and comfortable with 3 fluffy pillows. Room was quiet. Laundry facility was clean. $2.75 to wash and $2.75 to dry per load. Nice little fenced area for pet to play. DISAPPOINTED PART: Reserved handicap accessible room that had shower with hand rails and reservation confirmation photo shows that. But did not get that room. Room had tub with no hand rails. Room had kitchenette, but no dishes, utensils or cookware! No coffee pot in room! No hand towels. Only 2 bath towels and washcloths. Internet is "available" but had to call a number to gain access - then put on hold for a long time.....then the internet would shut off after being on my laptop for about an hour. Soda vending machine not working. "Hasn't worked in 2 months" according to front desk host. I was totally bummed with no coffee pot in my room and a kitchen with no cooking pans or dishes. That is a detail they should reveal on their website.

"Do not stay here; it is not safe, and the hotel management does not assume responsibility. Someone walked into our room in the middle of the night with the excuse of us being noisy while we were sleeping. I brought this issue to the receptionist's attention, and I did not receive an apology or even an acknowledgment that it was wrong. There are many hotels nearby; next time, I will choose one where I can sleep without worrying about hotel personnel breaking into my room. I will never come back.
