I have stayed at this location multiple times over the past 6 months during my business travels to the area, Every time I've been here the entire staff has been nothing but polite and helpful, always able to answer my questions and meet my requests. They are on pointe for providing directions and offering up great suggestions for area locations to dine. The room is always clean and well looked after by the housekeeping staff. I've always enjoyed my stays here at this location.

Hyatt Place Sugar Land Location is great and the hotel parking is large and free. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, especially the backyard is close to a river and the river is clear. There are many small black groups in the river to play in the river, not afraid of people. In the morning, there are amateurs playing kayaking on the river, so it’s too pleasant.

My husband and I had a great stay here at the Springhill in Sugarland. We came to check out the area beacuase we are moving down here from New England. After a few nights, our flight was cancelled several times because if the storm. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and professional while dealing with us having to extend our stay. They have all worked tirelessly night and day to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Shout out to the entire crew for their friendliness and professionalism during these rough times. We are specifically thankful for Veronica (front desk girl). She was extremely helpful and friendly and was willing to help with whatever the need was. While hanging out in the lobby we witnessed how the crew dealt with isssue that arose and were highly impressed by the entire staff. They all deserve praises and raises for their hard work. This hotel was clean, plenty of parking, safety was not an issue, and staff was very courteous. I will be returning to this hotel when I travel to Sugarland. Although this is not a complaint; the beds could use a thicker bedspread instead of a light weighed one. We can all control the temperature in our own rooms but sometimes you just want a heavier blanket. Or bring an extra one from home. Highly recommended hotel.

The hotel had some construction going on, but it wasn't terrible. Everything appeared clean and the girl who worked in the evening was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was ok, your basic continental offerings, though the biscuits and gravy were great. The room was very clean. The fridge and microwave were unplugged, but that was easy enough to manage. Our only complaint was the bed. It was like sleeping on a pallet of bricks. It was awful. I'm not usually the type to complain about a mattress, but we both agreed this was insanely uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, nice place.

EErik’sWhat can you expect from Beltway 8 and 69 area? Not much. Stayed at least 20 hotels/motels around there and still couldn’t tell the difference between an inn or a big name hotel. Is this Holiday Inn cleaner, easier access, or better than others? Not really. But, it got the job done. Close enough to where I need to be, got a good night sleep, had a great meal at a Chinese seafood place 10 min north of it, and good wings at other side of 69. It was just good enough for me to rebook again.

It is exactly what I come to expect from the Holiday Inn brand-simple, clean, affordable hotel stay that feels like home. I also want to comment on the complimentary breakfast. This was the best breakfast service I’ve ever had. The gentleman was incredibly attentive and was so helpful getting you what you need and he always met you with a smile. What a pleasure!

The staff, all of the staff were friendly and helpful and the front desk receptionist was amazing. The complimentary food at the breakfast was the best I have had at a smaller hotel. Only small downside, the water in the indoor pool was to cold to swim in.

GGuest UserI booked a two-queen room on 02/09/2023 using a team member code for a stay on Friday, March 3rd, 2023. I checked in using the Hilton Honors app on 03/02/2023. However, on the morning of 03/03/2023, I received a phone call from Reeta informing me the property did not have two queens available (despite my already checking in) and that I had been given a single king. I told Reeta that we have three guests and needed the two queen beds that I had reserved and checked in with, and was informed they could not accommodate my needs. I then asked Reeta to cancel the reservation since we had yet to arrive, and was told she could not do so since it was reserved online using the team member code... Reeta went on to tell me that I would need to cancel through the app, but the app would not allow me to cancel since I already checked in digitally. Thereafter, I called the Hilton Honors reservation number and was told the property could indeed cancel the reservation, but it would need to be done by a manager. I called back and asked for Reeta, and was informed that Alexis Harlan (assistant GM) was standing there the entire time during our first call. Reeta handed the phone to Alexis, and she said she would cancel my reservation... I received a cancelation confirmation email not long thereafter. While checking my credit card statement on 03/07, I see I was still charged for the room! Thereafter, I called the property to ask for the appropriate credit, only to find out there is no manager on duty. If you plan to stay here, it would be wise to make sure you do your due diligence!

GGuest UserI travel weekly for my job and have stayed in countless hotels. This was by far one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in the past year of staying in so many different hotels!!! I highly recommend the Katy Best Western as your next stay if you are going to be in the area! Lots of attractions close by. Great restaurant and shopping with in walking distance of the hotel! The staff and stay were stellar!

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying here and I loved it both times! My first stay I got the king room suite (room 229) and I LOVE that room so much I got it again my second time! The room is big and spacious and has a kitchen! Also has a door to a small covered private balcony which is a great smoke break spot! My boyfriend and I love it, bed is super comfy, room is always clean, and price is super affordable, location is great! It can’t really get any better!
