Disturbtion, kids banging on room door at 10a, several occasions. Unable to contact front desk due phone lines down. Elevator out of service. Popcorn in kitchen chair. Had find housekeeper to replace iron!! Third time staying at hotel, worse visit ever! Hotel under construction, so far from front desk. Had to get front desk personnel to reactivate from keys, couldn’t access outside doors.

Nice rooms. Hotel staff was awesome,
Housekeeping not so much.
Sheet didn’t fit the bed, had to go to the desk to get towels they didn’t replace TWICE.

Staff never returned my message about changing the date for our stay there. ******* tried reaching out several times as well, but they didn’t respond to them either. Very disappointing customer service.

It was a decent room. Not bad but could use some updates. There were several large stains on the pull out mattress and the chair was very stained as well. I did not like that you had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom or that the sink was in the bedroom area. Made it hard to get ready with someone sleepong.
