Our property is nestled on beautiful Crowleys Ridge with landscaping lush with flowers and trees. Located near Sanyo Airthem and Boars Head and we are fifteen minutes from Muller and Addison in Wynne and Village Creek State Park showcasing 7000 acres of beautiful trees which show a myriad of colors in the Fall. Golf or Two lakes are stocked for fishing. Kids can paddle boat feed the ducks or play on one of several playgrounds. Rooms are equipped with wired and wireless high speed internet. Shower curtain hadn’t been washed, stains all on the bottom, no soap in shower, long black hair on shower wall, floors nasty, mattress 20 years old, very uncomfortable, pillows hideous. I breakfast was a joke, cold cereal, yogurt, decaffeinated coffee. Also AC made grinding noise all night. I definitely would not recommend staying at this place.

The walls were dirty in the room, the bathroom had dirt and hair on the walls, everything inside the room is extremely old, this place needed an update 20 years ago. Only 3 outlets in the whole room to charge electric items. Just not a nice place to stay at.

No phone in room, no hot water, no wash cloths, no air conditioning, chair had large rip in upholstery; no trash can. Stayed about three hours and left

Ice machine close to our room didnt work, our 1st room had several issues, but the staff guy gave us a vetter room after that.

I want a full refund. This place was a living ashtray. The rooms walls were yellow and dingy and the whole room smelt like an ash tray. We walked in and I didn’t put my stuff down. The smell alone made me cringe. Everything was just disgusting and the hotel seemed so seedy. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, the lamps were slanted, and the bed looked like it would have bed bugs.
I couldn’t stay there. I would have rathered slept in my car. Please do not stay at this place unless you are seriously desperate. I have never left a serious and horrible review on an establishment in my life. This place should be torn down and not in business. I want a full refund!

Will Not Stay Again
I must say the woman at the desk when we check in was very accommodating and that is the o ly positive. theBathroom was not clean. It had a wash cloth in the bathroom above the shampoo that smelled because it was not removed from the previous guest. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning barely gave us a hello. He was on his cell phone the entire time. If we needed help it was not going to be him

A condemned dump
It was a dump. Stained dirty chairs, floppy bed. Only had 5 customers including me. Parking lot empty. The grounds and whole area looked like it was abandoned property. They should not be allowed to have any guests till they rehab the complete property.
