The town of Forni Di Sopra is a beautiful setting. The hotel is on the edge of town by the ski hill. In the summer the ski hill has activities for kids and families. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to the center of town. Excellent location for hiking in the area. Our room was well kept and everything in the hotel is very clean. The hotel interior is dated- it has a modernist, mid-century to 1970’s aesthetic that is charming, and everything is in excellent condition. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was good. We very much enjoyed out stay.

Very cold welcome, the owner's humor is not funny at all, poor ability to satisfy the needs of the guests. The rooms are not well heated, the furniture is from the 70s. Dinner and breakfast are sufficient, the staff in the dining room are kind. Prices are too high for the structure and the service. If I return to Forni di Sopra I will definitely not go there. I'm sorry but I failed! Maybe they are used to having many Serbian and Slovenian guests in the structure. I advise the manager to stay a few times in hotels in Trentino.

Ringraziamo in particolare il signor Maurizio e la signora Lucia per la gentilezza e l'attenzione verso la nostra bambina. L'hotel è datato, le stanze pure, ma lo sapevamo già prima di prenotare. Colazione semplice ma soddisfacente. Ottima posizione vicino alle passeggiate e ai parchi giochi.

Gradevole e tranquilla la posizione in riva al fiume . Lo avevamo scelto per la posizione e per le passeggiate nel verde nelle vicinanze ma tutto si esaurisce lì. Accoglienza deludente, quasi sgarbata. All'arrivo, dopo aver visionato la camera prenotata all'ultimo piano che si è rivelata scomodissima causa del tetto molto spiovente, minuscola e senza terrazzo, ci siamo rivolti al Gestore chiedendo gentilmente un cambio. Con fare scocciato ha sollevato obiezioni chiedendoci se al momento della scelta non avessimo considerato le dimensioni della stanza, stanze gia'prenotate e occupate, ecc. (E dire che l'albergo era semi vuoto!)In conclusione e dopo uno scambio di opinioni non molto gradevole ci è stata assegnata un'altra camera. Che dire della struttura? Camere poco funzionali e arredamento vecchio e trascurato, bagno appena sufficiente, cambio asciugamani ogni 3 giorni. Ristorazione: piatti abbondanti ma di scarsa qualità, preparati molto prima e talvolta riscaldati pure male....

Il cibo era immangiabile, tipo il succo è allungato con l'acqua (ed anche in tanti altri cibi). nell'acqua (nelle bottiglie,senza tappo servite)io e le mie amiche abbiamo trovato sul fondo residui di calcare e di polvere che si vedevano ad occhio nudo,il che indica una scarda igene. Eravamo in 4 in camera e c'era a malapena il posto per passare e come l'hotel le camere sono molto vecchie e sul mobile del bagna c'era la polvere,gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 3 giorni e le tovaglie a tavola non vengono cambiate. Il personale è scortese e poco disponibile (una cameriera ha risposto male anche ad una mia amica)
