We chose this hotel for the proximity to the sea, and it did not disappoint! We heard the waves at night from the bed. Breakfast is delicious and with lots of choice, good coffee. The service at the spa desk, and some of the breakfast staff, are too relaxed for what you pay. Beds are too hard but pillows nice. The cleanliness is super, the food at the bar good, the view fabulous.

The Hotel is lovely so far we know from friends. We live in Alicante and come over once/ twice a year just for a day visit and have lunch at the Saona Restaurant. This year: Restaurant was not well visited: 5 tables! We waited 10 minutes, nothing. Question es the Service for cleaning the table and some drinks; answer: do you have a reservation? No! No service for another 5 minutes. Questioned the “supervisor”! I will no repeat his answer! Shame on you! Reported this to the reception and left! Never ever again and will definitely not recommend to friends anymore!

Absolutely perfect sunset location - the beachfront location is beautiful. Lovely chilled out hotel which never felt busy - service was great. Worth upgrading for beach view for sure….the rooms are simple but nicely done although on the small side so have to be clever with large suitcase storage.

Secondo giorno a Formentera e vogliamo provare qualcosa che esuli dal circuito classico degli aperitivi a formentera. Scegliamo cala Saona perché è il punto in cui si apprezza il miglior tramonto dell’isola.Arrivati scopriamo che possiamo gustarci un drink nel meraviglioso hotel cala Saona. È una situazione più calma ma di un livello superiore, prendiamo 2 negroni e 2 tacos fenomenali, intanto il tramonto ci regala una fotografia nella mente da portarci a casa. Bellissima esperienza!

El hotel y la situación una pasada. Pero este año se nota muchísimo el cambio en la dirección. No existe la sensación de hotel “ familiar” de otros años. Mucho personal nuevo y van un poco perdidos. Espero que tomen nota y vuelva el trato exquisito de antes

Lugar increíble , vistas espectaculares que pierden su encanto por el trato del personal del hotel . Pegas para todo, malas formas que estropean la experiencia. Un hotel que cuesta más de 500€ el día y solo te dan una toalla para todo el día , insuficiente para todo un día de playa y piscina . Si los niños pierden una tarjeta de las toallas el personal te amenaza diciendo que una y no más , la próxima te cobraremos 20€, estresante . Pegas en el desayuno, el recepción por cualquier cambio… almohadas duras para un hotel de este precio.

No hay palabras para describir este lugar. Hotel espectacular de frente a la playa desde se pueden observar los mejores atardeceres de Formentera. Desde que ingresas al hotel sabes que todo va a estar espectacular y así fue. Gran desayuno con unas vistas increíbles.

Buon Hotel, servizio non all'altezza. Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di Agosto hotel buono il problema è il servizio in particolare quello del pranzo dove cameriere scocciate dal fatto che abbiamo chiesto di pranzare alle 14.30 addirittura ci hanno sgarbato in particolare una ragazza di nome Dana. Forse è il caso che cambi lavoro.

Hotel grande e lussuoso, affacciato sulla bellissima Cala Saona. Le camere sono luminose, dotate di tutti i confort possibili (spazzolino, dentifricio, pettine, addirittura mutande di ricambio ed ombrellone per la spiaggia!) e molto silenziose, oltre che essere a due passi dal mare. Al mattino c’è la possibilità di accomodarsi per una colazione (varia e di ottima qualità) vista mare in terrazza. Esperienza davvero impeccabile, ci tornerei volentieri!
