We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good .
Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it .
Never happened in this 4 star hotel .
The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

Great, comfortable, easy location to main motorway. We have stayed here quite few times now to find it a convenient location, easy to get to, good parking facilities at the hotel and modern big rooms. The guest facilities are good for the gym person, as well as the restaurant and breakfast room. There is also a bar/coffee area located within the foyer. There is a terrace seating area out the front where you can order a beverage with waiter service. Friendly, accommodating staff with a great reception staff 24/7.

Air conditioning is not working properly. Staff is not willing or able to correct. Set temperature is said to be set to 22 deg C for law reasons. Lower is not allowed. In the morning the actual temperature reached 24.5 deg C. I cannot believe a 4 star hotel is not able to install or set-up a decent air conditioning.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and have always found it in a great location for us when we are driving from Ancona with the ferry service across Italy to France. It presents well, is modern, clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. It is in a nice quiet location. Parking is very good with adequate spaces available. The restaurant is excellent, but due to the hotel being a primarily business hotel the restaurant is closed on the weekend. However there a quite a number of good restaurants a short drive away. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, well maintained, close to the highway, good 4-stars hotel with nice lobby. Some parts of the hotel and the rooms are dated in style, but I would stay again. Also, close to Bologna but cheaper then a 3-star hotel there.
