La cadena B&B me gusta mucho y no conocía que tuviesen este tipo de alojamientos. La verdad es que me ha sorprendido mucho.
Por otro lado debe mejorar bastantes cosas, el baño no está muy bien acondicionado, está viejo y la mampara del baño está en mal estado.
El aire acondicionado es viejo pero enfría bastante bien y el servicio de habitaciones reutiliza las sábanas cada día, la cama no nos la cambiaron y la colcha estaba sucia todos los días de la estancia.
Lo peor de la estancia fue la conexión WIFI, fallaba continuamente y/o se quedaba sin conexión todo el tiempo. Este tipo de cosas deben cuidarse mucho más.
En cuanto a la atención del personal, excelente y el Buffet de la mañana muy bueno.

I highly recommend the B&B Hotel at Ischia - the staff were amazing, informative and extremely gracious, nothing was any trouble for them. Coming just after the silly summer season for Italy, where most seemed to be over tourist, it was such a pleasant experience. We loved it here so much we extended our stay! Our room was quaint, the pool was relaxing and breaky was perfect to get us through the day. Location was within walking distance to bus stop that take you to all areas of the island.

We have just stayed here for 3 nights as a relaxing pit stop while travelling around the Amalfi coast and couldn’t recommend it more for that. The staff are truly brilliant, I unfortunately can’t remember her name but there was one younger lady with long dark hair who was incredibly helpful. The pool is fed by thermal spring, which makes it very warm! There is chilled music by the pool- the perfect place to relax. The hotel had clearly been newly renovated and decor felt fresh. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of variety constantly being topped up by very attentive staff. A quiet town with great restaurants is in easy walking distance & there is a bus stop outside to travel to other areas of the island. The hotel also offer a shuttle service to the beach which is again, fantastic!! Beds very very comfortable, aircon powerful, rooms immaculate and patio area a lovely place to relax. We couldn’t fault this hotel!

Wonderful surprise, beautiful thermal fed pool set in peaceful gardens. Recently acquired in April by French brand B&B Hotels. Interior a bit dated but spotless and clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast choice and helpful and pleasant staff. I cannot recommend enough, I understand more updates to interior are planned key cards for rooms etc. Very impressed with B&B as a brand and will research locations of there other hotels on the back of this visit. Plan to return for a longer stay.

the location was superb with a great view of the sea of both sides of Ischia Island. The road to reach the location is not of the best one but the effort is worth of it, because once you reach the hotel you can enjoy the fantastic swimming pool feeded with a natural source of thermal water. The staff was very warm and welcoming putting you at your ease and making you enjoy the miost during your stay. Reception staff was very nice and even one of them invited me to play videogames with him! I strongly recommend this place if you are planning to come in Ischia for your holidays !
