Let down by poor waiters service , and meals that started off ok then degraded as the holiday went on ! Tasteless meat and soggy vegetables !!

Absolutely amazing hotel we stayed for a week in may the hotel is very clean and the rooms have what you need including a fridge which is filled with wine water juice you are charged on usage of what you have out of the fridge, and re-filled with what you have taken out. The staff are all very friendly and will help you with anything if required. Special thanks to Matio who is an asset to the hotel and works extremely hard as do they all. The food is absolutely amazing with a choice for everyone, buffet appetiser, then your menu for your starter, dinner, and dessert. We had a gourmet menu one night which was very good. We thanked the chefs who do an amazing job with amazing food. Breakfast is also very good with fruits cereal nuts fresh honey yogurt breads cakes bacon eggs cheese sausages Croissants salad preserves fresh fruit juice. Take loose clothes for after your fill 😂. The spa has a heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna, massage, beauty treatment, all sorts of things but we didn’t use it. Drinks menu is a bit pricey but service is reflected in this! The way they run around waiting on people sunbathing, drinks are lovely. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, shuttle bus is available to take you to various places like shopping, beach etc. 5 stars from us surroundings are beautiful with sea views.

There is truly nothing bad to be said about this hotel. From start to finish we were treated with the greatest care and attention. The staff, literally each and one of them are always friendly, helpful, sweet and funny. The hotel is absolutely stunning, very well decorated. Rooms are very clean and cosy.

Remote cliff-top location though the shuttle bus offered a good service to Forio. The food was very good, though the evening meal was served at a late time for a lot of people and service was a little disorganised. In general, the staff were pleasant. We had a "junior suite" which was a large room but no suitable place to plug in the kettle (we ended up putting it on the arm of the settee). Though kettle was provided, the tea bags were not replaced even after asking them to be so we ended up just taking a handful back with us from breakfast. We were disappointed that no service was offered to carry luggage to and from the bus especially as some of us were in our 80's. My wife was also disappointed with the Spa treatment as it was supposed to be an Ayurveda treatment for 50 mins but was just a normal massage and she was only in there for 40 mins (my wife was an aromatherapist so know what an Ayurveda treatment should be). Overall, a pleasant stay but with a little bit more effort, I'm sure it could have been a very good one.

The secluded location of this hotel overlooking the sea with its perfect view of the sunset is its main selling point. Lazing round the pool is very relaxing as it’s so quiet. The food is fantastic. The gourmet evening was the highlight. We were half board so ate most evenings in the hotel although we did head into Fiorio for dinner one night as we were getting a little stir crazy being in the hotel all the time. I would recommend heading out for trips on the hotel shuttle bus. The staff were amazing. All very attentive and friendly. The only tiny things we would have changed would be offering tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the evening dinner time of 8-9:30 was a little constraining. The appetizer buffet was stripped clean of the good stuff by 8.15 most evenings. Having said that we ended up just sticking to the courses offered as there was plenty to fill you up!

Beautiful setting for a hotel where everything is “classy”. Staff are helpful at all times. Stunning ocean views. The thermally heated pool and spa are a great bonus. Food deliciously, uncompromisingly Italian. The imposing Maitre d’, Stani, amazed and delighted us by going full on Pavarotti on Saturday evening. Not Benidorm!

We stayed here for a week in May. We thought it had the beauty of the Amalfi coast and without the traffic and crowds it offered perfect peace. The location is truly stunning and breathtaking. We loved the food, the antipasti was incredible and was a meal in itself with the fabulous sourdough(?) bread. There were always options to be healthy or indulge!! The outdoor pool was perfect for swimming. The sun beds good. The indoor pool/sauna/showers were great as a pamper. A special mention must be made for the free yoga classes held on the grass terrace overlooking the sea with Valeria twice a week for a full hour. She was a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable yoga teacher, and this was an unexpected surprise, not shown on the Tui website. We made use of the shuttle bus to go to Citara Beach, Poseidon Spa Resort, Forio and Panza to catch buses elsewhere. This was an excellent service and we appreciated having the best of both worlds: peace and easy access to towns/ buses. The staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. Everywhere was spotless-so clean. It was a pleasure to stay at such a welcoming hotel. Beds were comfy and lovely fluffy white towels supplied.The only room for improvement would be a slightly larger shower- a minor detail. Thankyou for such a wonderful holiday.
